One of the members of a band that Menendez father signed claims he was graped by him. They're getting a new hearing because of this new evidence. It's looking likely the boys were telling the truth. Just because the lawyer had the same defence in a previous case, doesn't automatically mean the Menendez bros were lying. Also body language experts have recently said that based on the trial they couldn't have faked their body language: they're genuine.

The referees boss gives ratings to the refs after every game they referee. They are then all ranked based on those ratings. Gee didn’t rank in the top 4 refs so didn’t get to do finals.
