Just looked at snotel data, some recod numbers being posted for the Klamath basin. That is an amazing start to the snow year and is great news for restoration of that river when is comes to flushing out all that sediment.

Thank you Michael for your diligence in forecasting. Hope new residents learn that wind storm speeds vary with location. But no one gets used to those random high gusts that pull off roofs and down fir trees.

I’m in the mid Willamette valley. We are in flat farmland around Silverton. I was taking my kid to Budo lessons on Tuesday and had to turn back the rain was so bad and since it was dark the visibility was bad. I haven’t seen weather like that since I lived in Oklahoma, and our wiper broke in the middle of a massive rainstorm. Storms out here are usually weaksauce compared to out there. Crazy thing is Budo class isn’t that far, just in south Salem, and they didn’t have much wind or rain at all.

The storms will never stop matter fact these aren't the worst of the storms. Go look at the giant cracks in the earth that the earthquakes left in turkey. I'm glad you Esau's are calling down judgement upon your own head by verifying. THINK ABOUT THAT MAJOR CRACK IN THE MIDDLE OF A MAJOR CITY. You guys can talk bold all you want but Yahuahs storms escalate they don't all purge all one moment. Enjoy!
