Pacific Standard Elite Challenge (Helicopter Spawn 2023)

How to complete the elite challenge of the Pacific Standard heist in GTA online, using a police or medic helicopter spawn in Vespucci police station.
With this method, you can minimize the risk of death from the bike chase and parachuting and save some precious time under the 10:30-minute limit.

This works great if you need to carry teammate(s) that don't play as good as you do.

The helicopter won't be there if you go there with so many people and it won't always be there

He literally showed us how to make it spawn. Practiced it few times and I did it.
