the sticker is wishing the driver drive safety, the middle one means it is a special version vehicle exclusive for cold and snow district, the last one is the registration sticker in JP, I love all the stickers, it's really rare for me :)

basementapefilms I don’t really know myself, but I think you can find some at Japan car import places near you. If they don’t have any, they can probably locate one and import it for you.
