1.3 million yen? That is pretty crazy. Thanks for the video. I learned a lot. 1 paid 140,000 yen for my 98 Aristo. Grade 4 with a B interior. Love the car.

That is a killer price for an Aristo- a very good car. Nice work on that one.

Hello! Quick question: I live in Japan and have access to car auctions around Nagoya, I can also get cars registered through a friend who owns a car shop here. But I only really have access to USS stuff around here. If I were to find a car elsewhere (TAA, JU or a USS around Tokyo), do you do some kind of "discount" for people who just come to pick up the car? Not sure I'll buy another car anytime soon, but I was just wondering. I'd come pick it up with either dealer plate (the holy grail lol) or, if I can't borrow it, with a truck. Cheers, Flavien

Hello, very interesting video. In the box it was mentioned something like 3/8 for the manufactured date, I would suppose its the day and month, without the year? Is that correct? How did you know the car was 1991? Thanks .

Well nevermind, just got my answer by pure luck through one of your other videos I happened to click on. In that video you also said you were maybe thinking to start importing cars to Japan. I do import cars from Europe, mostly for fun right now, but I'll drop you an email now, in case you're interested. Cheers, Flavien

any chance of you guys doing a video about finding auction sheets by doing a VIN search for cars that sold 6+ months ago?

You cant in the normal portal. It only goes back 3 months.

On top of what majik said, the VIN numbers are not part of the data that the auction records in these tools. As far as I know, there is no way to enter a VIN and find the sheet. Though you can usually find sheets with the mileage and then cross check the VIN that is written on the sheet. This might be a little hard to understand without experience but I can't think of a simpler way to explain it.
