Why am I obsessed with the ✨scoop✨? I haven’t ordered anything yet bc hard times, but what determines whether or not you get a 🧚 scoop 🧚‍♀️? I’d be devestated if I opened my order and there wasn’t a famous Barbie scoop inside. Lol😂

Every order gets a scoop unless you've bought something off of our 40% off sales because that's already such a discounted price!!

yes correct if you bought something on a 40% off sale you don't get a scoop, but every full priced order gets a scoop even if you've order 100 times!

I work in the Claim & Inquiry unit at a large USPS Plant. I cringe every time I see someone pack delicate items and put them in envelopes. Please pack them in boxes.. Your items will literally get dumped out on to machines with other boxes that can weigh up to 75lbs. My job is receiving those damaged items, returning what I can to the sender, (which most times I cannot), and then I send what's left to the Mail Recovery Center. The amount of damaged glass, crystal and other delicate items I see on a daily basis is staggering.

I've honestly had less than 10 crystal break (and they've all been in boxes) in 4 years shipping over 8,000 orders. It's all in how you pack them!

@@ColdBrewBarbie Yes! Keep packing them in boxes 😁 the USPS has discontinued the hand sort area this year in most Bulk Mail Centers and gone to robots to keep up with Amazon & Temu. So this was not me "wagging a finger at you", more like me giving you a heads up. 😀 I know you pack with extra care because I'm also a customer of yours! It gives me such such joy to see all those crystals go out to customers. And to see your unboxing haul and mineral show video's! Love it! Just wanted to give you a heads up..
