When I was living near there I fished that river a couple times same stretch as you, but I was new to fly fishing so didn't have too much luck. But saw some absolute donkeys

I’ma viewer from the US and my momis kiwi native and her sister lives in Hikurangi and I was curious if there’s any good trout fishing around there.
