Packard 99319 Motor Spinning LAU 60558701 20" 4 Blade 27° Pitch Propeller

This is a 30 minute video of my Packard 99319 motor spinning my LAU propeller. The single speed motor has 1/5 hp while spinning at 1050 rpm. The propeller & motor would make another potential window fan project. Thanks for watching!

How do you get those blades to fit on there because every time I find them they don't have the little attachment part in the middle it's only just a really big hexagon

The shaft is 1/2" thick. The little piece you find the propeller attached to is called an interchangeable hub that the propeller requires.

It looks like a washing machine motor, and sounds like one too…

Where did you get this motor from ? It is a single speed but it sure would be i fitting replacement for an old box fan I have.
