Ramp up/Slow down of the blower for my 2020 3 ton goodman straight cool unit

Please read!
So the reason I called it Ramp up/Slow down is cause the fan is set too on on my thermostat but the blower for some reason doesn't stay at the same speed it instead ramps up too full speed when the unit comes on and then slows down but not all the way when the unit turns off
