A lot of people here are saying "I'm watching this and I'm not even vegan!". Well, you don't have to be vegan 24/7 to make vegan dishes. I've been a vegetarian for almost 6 years now and I often make vegan dishes because I find them good and affordable and I like to make better choices for the environment. It's all about reducing after all. You can even eat meat but choose to eat vegan for example a few days a week. That's already a huge improvement :)

@@neginf.7639 wait what? Please explain
@neginf.76394 жыл бұрын
@@ArtDesignHDSure! Unfortunately the sugar in Sriracha (Huy Fong, the brand everyone uses) is not Vegan. Their sugar is bleached, and they use animal bone char to bleach it. They say on their website that it is of course not vegan because of this. Other Sriracha brands are mostly not Vegan either for the same reason, but you can find Sriracha brands that are 100% Vegan because their sugar is vegan (I'll name a couple at then end)! For some reason soooo many vegans don't know about this, especially when we see it all over the vegan channels and vegan recipes, even vegan restaurants like Veggie Grill, it can be hard to figure out that it isnt actually Vegan. But hopefully the news will spread and then every Vegan can decide if they are okay with having sugar that is bleach with the charred bones of Animals. I do not, because that is horrible for the Animals, so I do not want to ever come near it. I am a Strict Ethical Vegan. But not every Vegan is Vegan for Animals. They're plant-based. Hopefully that helps you! A couple Sriracha brands where the Sriracha's are vegan: -Yellowbird -Nature's Greatest

Pretty sure she made sushi. She didnt mix anything into the rice, and didnt cover the nori with oil before putting the rice on. Those are usually the main differences Edit: in case anyone is wondering, both are still great. So dont take this as "well this version is better". Try 'em all

@@lesleyluna4524 that's sashimi specifically. Sushi itself doesnt need anything raw, or even with seafood. Sushi just refers to the rice, really. So no, western sushi isnt more similar to kimbap.
