Packing 4ED BOOSTERS to complete a set!

Reverse damage and kismet bring back memories. I used to play kismet, stasis, and the thing to bounce islands. I'm sure it was total fun to play against.

There were a couple different bounce cards I liked to use but most came around during the Urza's Saga block. Before that, in the early days, Boomerang is the only one I can think of right now and it is single target, so the Stasis itself at the end of your opponents turn.

I’ve wanted to do something like this for a while as well. Not to the extent of all the statistics of prices and such that he gets into, but I love the idea of opening up booster boxes, and doing mock drafts. Something to think about.

I realize that the stats are not for everyone, it's my own special brand of OCD that not everyone shares. Even if you're not into the data, I hope watching the openings and seeing the set completed on screen is enjoyable.

Was that last pack ‘Alt 4th’?

It is my understanding that Alt 4ED only ever was made in Starter Decks (the cards have no inner seal over them either). But I will definitely double check the cards opened and the wrapper, plus the other two that came with it. It should say printed by the "United States Playing Card Company" on the pack. I'll update if it was, Good thought though!

@@packingthegathering1260 You probably know more about it than me. They just looked a little different on the back. I’ve had an Alt 4th starter, but it was pre-opened. It had all the cards in it though. Cards have a more waxy finish. Regular 4th have a more dry matt feel.
