Hey, So for your 23 kg bag, its 56cm x 45cm x 25cm. This dimension includes the handles and wheels. Also, these are standard size bags, any good company, would support it. I bought mine from American Tourister, pretty much standard bag!

@@cumshotop4355 yeah depends upon the size...2.5-5.5 kgs...so if u can carry 23 kgs in the flight and the bag weighs 3 kgs, u can carry only 20kgs items effectively
