I would say very few places in Europe have washer drier ( corect me if I am wrong ) but they most likely have a washing machine and you can hang the clothes to dry 😊

If pasta/carbs make you feel ill, try gluten free items and see if you feel the same. You may be gluten intolerant or celiac. Hope this helps.
