Not quite. Due to the time merger, Cyrax is kind of out of the loop. Before this, he had actually committed suicide by destroying himself alongside the cyberized Lin Kuei under Sektor's control so Kuai Liang could start the Lin Kuei anew, all taking place in the MKX comic, so he doesn't know anything that's happened since then

And of course in MK4, Jax and Sonya helped him get his memories back and erased his objective of hunting Sub-Zero.

It was revealed in MK Deception that Lin Kuei members were kidnapped children and raised under the grandmaster (who used to be Sektor's father). Since Sektor was so loyal to his father, I wouldn't be surprised if he was the one who forced Cyrax to undergo the Cyber Initiative with him.

I think for cyrax maybe he kould throw a saw from his chest that goes through the opponents head and then with his sawhands he kuts the opponent's head multiple times and then the opponents head splits in 8 like in the last saw movie. Sektor kould destroy the opponents legs with a swipe, shoot a rocket that stabs the opponent chest and then starts flying off with the opponent so fast that his skin flies off and then the missile goes off and the opponent gets split in two
