[WR] Sonic Triple Trouble - Tails speedrun in

Finally a run I'm reasonably satisfied with. Biggest timelosses were the bouncy boss at the very end and a couple of unfortunate troll signs, otherwise everything went decently smooth. Missed my chance of a 20:3x, but this was the first time I went into AD3 with a reasonable lead, so I'm glad I finished it out at all
