Love this episode and Padma. But, gotta call out one bit of erroneous info she imparted. She said the flavor of heirloom tomatoes (most of these tomatoes were modern heirlooms created in the last 40 or so years btw) is more concentrated because the seeds have not been mixed with other varietals. Modern tomatoes have all been created by mixing different varities to get the qualities the breeder wants. FWIW...
