Bago mag isang bwan pagkatapos kong manganak ng kambal ay nagpalagay na din ako ng contraceptive implant (Jadelle). Ito ang napili naming family planning kasi eto pinaka convenient for me dahil wala na kong aalalahanin araw araw.
Ang Jadelle brand ay good for 5 years at sa mga hindi nakaka alam ang implant ay reversible contraceptive ibig sabihin na kapag gusto mo nang mag buntis ulit ay pwede mo ng ipatanggal para bumalik fertility mo.

Maam may tanong lang ako Unang ultrasound ko 8weeks twins ang nakita Tapos nagpa ultrasound ako after 7months na xa Isang baby nlang ang nakikita. Yung 8weeks kasi nagpa ultrasound ako sa vagina yun.
