Sister Kelly, to correct your statement, Jinns are not devil. They are a creation that God created from smokeless fire, like how angels are created from light and Adam created from clay. Jinns are like mankind, they have lives, families will die, etc. They do however live longer than us, and some of them are evil and follows Iblis. Shaitan can means devil from both Jinnkind and mankind. The good Jinns will leave people alone and they also have religions like us, some are muslim, some are christian, some are jewish, etc. They also can shapeshift and do what mankind will deem impossible, but they seem to have lower level of intelligence compared to mankind. I hope you would continue the Prophet Series, you will see what Jinns are capable of in the story of Sulaiman/Solomon PBUH.

People forget that Jinns, like mankind, have free will and are also being tested. They also die, Only Satan/Iblis has been granted a long life by Allah till the day of judgment to carry out his mission. And even then, Satan had to ask Allah for this, showing he recognises the creator but CHOSE to disobey, which led to him becoming a disbeliever.

Hulool (incarnation) and ittihaad (union with the divine) - which includes the term wahdat al-wujood (“unity of being”): Ruling on which of these two beliefs is worse There is no doubt that believing in hulool or ittihaad is one of the greatest kinds of disbelief and heresy - Allah forbid. But ittihaad is worse than hulool, because it is belief in one essence, unlike hulool. Moreover, the belief that He is one with everything is worse than the belief that He is one with some of His creation. To sum up, belief in hulool and ittihaad is obviously false. There’s an interesting book I forget the name. But it essentially says Jinn have a role to play in every “mythical” being that were popular in the past. The author is non religious. But he concluded that elves, fairies, aliens etc. Are the same being that shapeshift into the form of whatever was popular in the time and/or location. From what we know, Jinns are created before humans and god created them from fire .. the biggest one of them (Iblis or the Satan) in ranks had the power to travel between earth and Paradise and he is is the one who deceive Adam out of jealousy and challenged god that he will mislead the believers. In general, Jinns are normal creatures and there are a believers and disbelievers. It’s not allowed to communicate with them. There is stories that the prophet used to teach some of them the Quran when they ask. God gave them the power to travel near the havens and forbids them to do so because they could listen to the angels and know some of the future. That’s how they have some knowledge about the future and god test them and punish some of them in this life and the rest will be punished in the hear after.

it is imparative to know that Quran addressed two kind of creation human beings and Jin to show them guidance and the right way to follow , this is clearly stated in many verses in the Quran , what some people don't know however is that there is an entire chapter named al_JiN named after Jin , in that chapter you would have some good information about them, here is a qoute of that chapter and in it you will find this verse of jin talking about themselves "‘There are among us some that are righteous, and some the contrary; we are groups having different ways (religious sects)" Quran chapter 72 verse 11

Quran 34:40 to 41 angels will deny that they asked humans to warship them but it’s the jinn (devils) the angels will say in hereafter that demanded warship from humans. But you deny the Recompense. 82:10 وَإِنَّ عَلَيْكُمْ لَحَـٰفِظِينَ ١٠ And indeed, [appointed] over you are keepers,[1] [1]Angels who preserve the deeds of men in records. 82:11 كِرَامًۭا كَـٰتِبِينَ ١١ Noble and recording; 82:12 يَعْلَمُونَ مَا تَفْعَلُونَ ١٢ They know whatever you do. 82:13 إِنَّ ٱلْأَبْرَارَ لَفِى نَعِيمٍۢ ١٣ Indeed, the righteous will be in pleasure, 82:14 وَإِنَّ ٱلْفُجَّارَ لَفِى جَحِيمٍۢ ١٤ And indeed, the wicked will be in Hellfire. 82:15 يَصْلَوْنَهَا يَوْمَ ٱلدِّينِ ١٥ They will [enter to] burn therein on the Day of Recompense, 82:16 وَمَا هُمْ عَنْهَا بِغَآئِبِينَ ١٦ And never therefrom will they be absent. 82:17 وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ ١٧ And what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense? 82:18 ثُمَّ مَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ ٱلدِّينِ ١٨ Then, what can make you know what is the Day of Recompense? 82:19 يَوْمَ لَا تَمْلِكُ نَفْسٌۭ لِّنَفْسٍۢ شَيْـًۭٔا ۖ وَٱلْأَمْرُ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلَّهِ ١٩ It is the Day when a soul will not possess for another soul [power to do] a thing; and the command, that Day, is [entirely] with Allāh.

She’s serving and “worshipping” the creation instead of the Creator. Depending on the culture, they’re called fairies, leprechauns, etc but they’re all Jinn. They have a hierarchy amongst them holding different powers while some are very powerful others are lower level and can be used as slaves to deceivers believers. by the higher ones. There are Muslim, Christian and Jews among them. They can live for thousands of years and some followed the teachings of the prophets they were influenced by. These are the harmless ones. Then there are the evil ones who can possess people whereby they’ll need an exorcism but most possessions are an attachment to people. This is when they influence sinful and evil acts in people. Murder, etc. They can also attach when someone is at their most vulnerable, when they’re sad, and can be made to become depressed. Then that depression can can obviously spiral out of control for some people as it can lead to alcohol and substance abuse and thoughts of suicide, etc, etc. This lady is an ideal “candidate” to be deceived because she’s completely open to them. They don’t have to work to hard. Deception can also be keeping someone away from worshipping the Creator and this lady serves them well as she can promote her beliefs and make “them” sound innocent and harmless. The good ones do not encourage/lure people away from the Creator.

In Islam ✅️, you do not need a mediator between you and God❤. We do not need priests, Rabia, or any being to mediate so that we become closer to God. These are the teachings of our religion. Man is honored by God and does not need mediation to speak or establish a real relationship with God. It is enough to be honest and sincere with him. Otherwise, it is Polytheism is the greatest sin that cannot be forgiven, because when you place a mediator between you and God, you are, in a way, making Him a partner and equal, and God has no partner or equal.

May Allah protect and guide you guys.. This was a very interesting conversation. Alhamdulillah your reply back to the pagan friend shows that your faith in Allah is strong...Btw not all Jinns are considered evil. They are a creation like us who can choose to do good or bad with free wills. It's just the bad ones are considered as shaitan /satan. N these beings live in a higher dimension than us, maybe the 4th (just like how the pagan girl mentioned). And In the laws of physics we can't exist nor can we view anything from the true 4th dimension or higher. Therefore, it's impossible to see a Jinn in it's true form.. They may shapeshift as a shadow, ghost, fairy or anything so they are able to interact with the 3D beings, humans/animals. However, Allah warned them not to interact with humans in such a way and the ones that still do are all mischievous (That's another proof that your pagan friend is obviously mingling with the wrong company). Hence, Allah is also testing the Jinns and they either end up in heaven or hell based on the test just like humans.

I just want to add a bit of information to Han's understanding of God. God is not a part of us. We don't have no part of God within us. Yes we are His creation and we come from Him but we are not a part of him, because it makes us fall into pantheism and it’s falsehood. Just say His mercy is with us and within us. He sends a lot of Good stuff towards us like mercy and blessings, and guidance and patience, wisdom. That should be enough to feel connected to Allah.
