Any other Pagani Designs I should check out? Let me know in the comments

I had the Junghans Max Bill / Bauhaus Chrono on a white dial which was lovely (gave to my brother who was delighted). Also check out the Speedy / MoonSwatch Mars too. Remarkable quality.

@@WATCHingJames I have the Pagani with the meteorite style dials. Two actually, one in purple and the other in white. The purple variant punches above its weight class and looks more like a GS.

I have the Yachtmaster homage with the black ceramic bezel insert. I really like the look of it 🙃
This is actually quite an old model, I've had mine for a couple years and its stunning. it felt like a big step up from their usual quality at the time of release but it was more expessive than the usual PDs, good to see the price has come down in line with their other models now

PD’s are actually very good watches. They’ve come a long way. Those pushers were used on the PD Paul Newman. The PD 1778 is one of the best Pagani’s and the Mission to Alaska 1701

It's a shame you didn't size it for your wrist because the classic problem with a butterfly clasp is it has no micro adjust, so usually it's either a little too tight or a little too loose. If you're wearing a really light watch, like a dress watch on a leather strap, you can wear it fairly loose and it still stays put, but with a heavy watch it needs to fit kind of perfectly or it flops around. And since this watch has an integrated bracelet, you're kind of stuck with it.

I just bought this and I am having that exact issue... Too tight or too loose.
@Peter-z5f28 күн бұрын
@@tpassmedia That's a bummer. Some people do like to wear their watch quite loose, and with that situation that's sometimes the only option. Depending on your skills you might be able to make a conventional clasp fit. I've done that on one of my watches. The trick is to find a bracelet where the links that attach the clasp will fit on your bracelet. I had to file a bit to get the width to match, and I think I had to drill out a couple holes, but the finished product was worth the effort. They sell glidelock clasps on Ali, maybe you could make one fit.

One of my favorite lesser known Pagani watches is the PD-1703. Unlike most budget chronos which can time up to 1 hour, it can time up to 12 hours, which is more useful. It's supposedly an IWC homage, and the green version does resemble one limited edition IWC model, but the version I have with a black dial and silver subdials doesn't resemble any IWC model I'm aware of. Like the PD1707, the bracelet has a butterfly clasp, but it's not integrated so it can be swapped out for a strap, and I think you can save a few bucks by buying on a strap. Personally I don't regret buying mine on the bracelet though because it does look really good, albeit not perfect.

I definitely like to look of the 1703. But I am a big fan of the IWC watches so that probably not a surprise

This was my 1st pagani and i really enjoyed it, wore so well on wrist. Your right about bracelets on some, lets say they're a bit agricultural, but for the money still great value. One I'd recommend to you is the PD1783 chronograph, ive got the white dial on the black leather, the crystal is superb and the strap is really nice, one of the best on a budget watch (so don't bother with the bracelet) well worth a look if you like that style. Cheers James

I love the PD1717 punches WAY above its weight. The clasp is a little cheap, but after swapping to an on the fly (around £12 on AE) there’s a great watch.

Best bang for buck brand out there for sure. I really need to pick up one of their Speedy Homages. I’m not a huge fan of the original watch that this one is homaging so this one isn’t quite for me. But again. Some of the best bang for buck watches out there! Thanks!

Not sure if you've reviewed this, but the PD-YS008 (AP Code 11:59) is one of the best at a really affordable price. Especially the blue dial

I've got PD 1701 and 1644 and they have these hands. Nothing wrong with the watch (removed the bracelet straight away on the 1701 but the 1644 is a keeper) but they both have the same batton hands here and the watches don't get much wrist time due to the legibility (or lack thereof). Looks like this watch has the same issue. Still, makes you wonder about the value in expensive watch brands.

is it better or at least on par quality wise with the PD1766? I have all three of these and they are sublime for the price. I have the Cadisen royal oak non chrono homage - is this PD really that good? Is it another watch I have to get? edit: sigh, its about to be in my cart for 11:11... edit again: no green! I'm saved from another purchase!
