Great video and comparison. Really enjoying your channel. What are your thoughts on the Escapement Time 40mm Flieger after having the Laco and Stowa on your wrist and in your hands? I know you loved the ET Flieger when you first got it. Still think it's a good value? I'd love to have the Laco pro and maybe some day but the ET Flieger is in my budget.

I have at least one of every DRZ release (including the original 250F) in my personal collection, and love wearing them. Also have the exact same DRZ05 as you - the burgundy with date, and it's one of my top 3 Direnzo picks, and IMHO the best looking DRZ05, so it was very nice to see you picking out the same timepiece. FWIW my other two favorites are the green DRZ02 with date, and red meteorite DRZ04.

I must say that is beautiful. Finishing looks outstanding and that dial is gorgeous. I watched another YTuber yesterday singing the praises of Vario, was not impressed.

I'm a big fan of dual crown compressor style watches too, congratulations on getting your grail watch! The dial looks great, but I don't like the style of the hands that much.

Your intro echoes my own feelings about companies who constantly update/retire their catalogue... Pinch to a pound of sh*t the model I like is no longer in production. Glad you got yours tho.

I own the DRZ02R and it's a great watch. The only problem is that Sergio regulates them before they leave his workshop. The Sellita SW200-1 always runs fast for a few days, which meant I then had to speed it up

I am glad I bought exactly that watch brand new! Love it, so unique!

I bought the wandering Star DRZ06 in green and it's gorgeous. Now sold out I wanted the DRZ02R in burnt orange but no one is selling that. I now realize it's an occasional watch , so the displayed hand wound, decorated Selita movement makes the watch perfectly appropriate and slim as a result Also the hands are not semi skeletonized, like many other of his designs , therefore more legible and better looking , so extra happy now . I love the red dot small seconds as it's unique It's the watch I wear to restaurants and parties etc , as it's quirky , fun , stylish and very well made Mr Direnzo is a genlus designer of unusual future retro watches. Mine with a square case , bowl crop circle funky dial with a superb integrated bracelet I would have expected to pay more so to me it's a bargain Do enjoy yours it looks beautiful . You cannot go wrong with many or any design of a Direnzo Please check out the Horizon Nemo . You may like the designer who works for Zelos and other micros

glad you finally got a Direnzo - I liked that one as well but also gave up and ended up with an Aquatico Bronze that sort of ticks the box for a similar design. I'm eyeing off the red Eclipse which is still available new, but won't be selling my orange Aerolite DRZ-04R though!
