I’m not a fan of many of the watches he’s reviewed, mostly because they tend to be big for my punny wrist. But I always watch his vids because he seems so genuinely nice. And the fact that he reviews cheap/affordable watches is what I’m all about. Keep them vids coming Thomas.

The day can be set by waiting for the second hand to reach 12 then pull the crown to time set position , then the day will set by rotating the crown anticlockwise.

I like your no-nonsense approach to reviewing. It's very appealing. I have a question : It is incredibly difficult to find a watch with a date dial that is large. I've only seen it in the Patek, and always wondered why no one else would make their dial large so as to be legible. Really odd as it is such a practical feature. What others have the large dial (an easier to read number/ letters/fonts) that you know of?

Tandorio watches use this strap and whilst I'm not a rubber strap fan they are good. You should review tandorio watches. The lume not PD out of the arena and they mainly use automatic movements. I have PD watches but they never get wrist time purely because , whilst they look good, they lack so much in lume and movements.

this is pretty sweet, although I think it would look killer without any subdials, or maybe just put the day of the month at 6, either with a subdial or a normal date window

The elephant in the room: What is going on with the '3' on the dial? Looks like they took an '8' and sliced of the left part to make a sort of 3. Very odd, and once you've seen it...

Original Patek 6007A doesn't have the 3 due to date window, so PD had to make up their own 3. Although the other 11 numerals aren't exactly the same either.

Thanks, Mr Reaper. I suspected that might have been the case (lack of reference) but it's amazing that they couldn't be a bit more resourceful, find something closer and make it look right. Not a deal breaker, but it's hard to overlook. Maybe a V2 will address it.

I think is this a great looking watch and well done review - as always. Question: Is this an original design? Either way, that is a lot of watch for $70-75 usd!

Thanks for this review, Tomas! I bought it for 45€ on AE. Is it just me, or the hands for the Date/Weekday seem swapped? The Date(1-31) seems longer than Weekday(Su-Sa)...? Anybody else feels the same, or is it just an optical illusion? :)

Tomas, great video, Thanks. One question, the hands (mostly the hour, minute and second hand) look sometimes like they are black with loom, and at other times they look silver. Which of this two is it? PS.- It would be interesting if PD sales the strap individually. I have two Pagani watches that would look great with that strap in black or blue (and having the branded buckle is a plus for such watches).

This could have been a nh36 movement and would have been a best seller. Instead the love affair budget watches have with vk movements has turn it into a " oh another watch".
