Not that that isn't impressive, I'm just pretty certain she didn't sight read it. it's pretty obvious actually when you realize there isn't even sheet music in front of her when she is demonstrating.

I have my doubts as to whether Chloe will ever perform it. I tend to think that it doesn't really resonate with her (and that more generally Paganini's caprices don't either))

Yes, if you use the bow near the fingerboard you can play 3 notes at the same time, if you want to add one more note you have to rotate the bow
