This is actually one of the best interviews he had...no stupid questions, well prepared and able to lead a real conversation.

Everytime I see any Alan's interview I confirm how witty, intelligent and humble actor he was ...and not only sexy. Always giving credit to actors, writers, crew. Also very laudable his concern of not spoiling children expectations on H.P. books by not talking much about his Snape role....Mr.Rickman was unique , missing him a lot!!

Alan was very humble and a wonderful man and yes, very sexy!!! I give him credit for acknowledging that everybody could use help or training to help them within their chosen career. Very intelligent he was. He was full of wisdom and and had a wonderful sense of humor. He followed his first talents first and then used them later in theatre and other pursuits. What a wonderful man we lost. He will always be in our hearts. RIP Alan. Always.

Alan Rickman ... always remember you in 'Truly, Madly, Deeply' on tv. After that tour de force, I saw every one of your films. Your voice is wonderful and your reading of poetry is sublime. Every time I see you on screen or tv, it is as if you are still here with us. Will always remember you with respect and love. Excellent relaxed interview.

I agree, best AR interview I have seen so far. I love the conversational nature. It helped that the interviewer was knowledgeable about theatre. I never get tired of Alan's thoughtful responses and choice of words. Such an exquisite actor and lovely human ❤️

One of the most remarquable interview of THE Alan Rickman. Being french I particularly apprecieted his gorgeous voice, because he spoke kindly more slowly. Is it théâtre which makes such " unique " actors ? I thank you for the interview. Il will Always be in love with him ( possible to say now ..) 💖👍

Who on earth would dislike this brilliant actor's way of answering questions with wisdom and modesty poured in velvet smooth deep tone of voice?? Clearly brainless muggle borns 😆😑

Excellent interview. Alan seemed so much more relaxed here than in other interviews he’d done. Think it helps that the interviewer understands the theatre side if it too and they appear to be on the same wavelength.

He could be- as you say "relaxed", as the questioner was/is a very cultured, educated, enlightened person -apparently wonderful English pronunciation!_ asking him about the essence of acting. I smell a real connection between the two.
