Opening day was my first time visiting festival of the arts- favorite item was 💯 the braised beef from Germany! And it was SO cold! I wasn’t prepared 😂 and the day started off so nice!

I appreciate your upbeat happy attitude. Especially right now as I am in recovery for 10-14 weeks. 4-6 weeks to recover from a fractured right wrist and then when the right wrist is healed up, then I go in for three surgeries on my left arm and then 6-8 weeks of recovery for that. I fractured the right wrist when checking into the hotel for the left arm surgeries and then slipping and falling in the lobby restroom. Anyway, thanks for being a smile in my life.

Those sake cups are also the traditional Japanese rice measure. Each cup hold 1/3 us cups of dry rice. I saved ours from last year's festival and use it to this day.
