I’m an Aussie that spent a year in Canada and I took a huge jar of Vegemite, I met some fellow Australians who had been there for a few years and they were all jealous of my Vegemite haha. My mum also ended up sending me my favourite pepper steak seasoning since I couldn’t find an alternative that I liked. She also sent me large photos of the view from my bedroom and some of our back yard because I was living in an apartment in the middle of a city for the first time and was missing the trees. I know now that if I move to another country again these are the things I will take with me every time.

Walter and John, it is Mrs Ball's chutney - as English teachers you should pay attention to the apostrophe, then you will be able to keep a straight face. Let Chantelle cook you some bobotie with Mrs Ball's, you'll be asking for your own Mrs Ball's when she goes back to SA again. The Jalapeno and Chilly flavours are tops!

For people who don't understand the scale of South Korean Wi-Fi's superiority over Australian: Data from www.speedtest.net/global-index with numbers stated here the average of the country's mobile and fixed broadband (home internet) stats: South Korea: 124.41 Mbps USA: 91.165 Mbps UK: 51.775 Mbps South Africa: 33.345 Mbps Australia: 56.75 Mbps It's worth noting that of these countries, Australia is the only one whose average mobile speed is faster than the fixed broadband speed (by almost 1.5x, actually. Mobile speeds average around 67.5 whereas fixed broadband averages 46). South Africa had the least difference between mobile and fixed speeds, with a difference of less than 4 Mbps (almost 35 fixed, 31.8 mobile). The proportional difference between mobile and fixed broadband in Australia is almost completely reversed in the UK - there, fixed broadband is 67 (like Australia's mobile; this is also 1.5x faster than Australia's fixed broadband), and UK mobile speeds average 36 Mbps (slower than Australia's broadband, and just over half their average mobile speed). In fact, upon further looking through the numbers, Australia's average mobile internet outspeeds South Africa, the UK, and the USA, by a fairly large margin, however trails behind the USA and the UK in terms of broadband speeds.

WJS and C, your videos are great - thanks for the entertainment. Maybe you can all cook something from your countries and film the taste reactions. You are so lucky to have the opportunity to live abroad and in a place like SK, broadening your horizons! Keep it up!

I finally remembered another similar ointment to Zambuk "Rawleighs" ointment. (I can't remember where it is made or if it still exists) It is usually applied to small burns, cuts, cracks and scrapes Im pretty sure it is herbal based

You all provided a much needed laugh in the middle of this stressful workday. When I'm traveling, I have to make sure that I'm bringing my allergy and pain meds (even if they're OTC) and lots of Biofreeze when it's allowable.

Hi Guys Love all your Uploads on all forms, Watch as much as I can... So my Comment is mostly to John, I am a South African who has worked and Lived in the US on and off since 2009. Mrs Ball’s chutney actually you can find in All Publix for as long as I can remember so I think 2009 lol. The US actually has a lot of South African products available there the chocolates and sauces and things even Biltong. As well as Alcohol... So I don’t take a lot with me when I do go back, BUT I do take Speckled Eggs, Nik Naks its actually like cheetos chip and I also know you call nik naks like bits and pieces but it chips... and Well I agree with you when It comes to the Ibuprofen, I bring the same tub back from the US to South Africa when I come back home. Thanks great show.

If I left the UK, I’d definitely miss Galaxy chocolate! I miss Norwegian bread and my favourite snack ‘boller’ - sweet buns. They are so good!
