I cooked this curry for 18 people at my supper club two weeks ago. Everyone loved it. And so did I. It is a unique and delicious flavour that stands out from the crowd. The yellow chilli powder adds character and a different flavour. Thank you for sharing this lovely recipe. Mine came out a much lighter colour gravy than yours though.

Thank you once again. One small request, pls dont use pot with Teflon coming off. You are a great promoter of good health from various spices, but poison from scratched non stick Teflon pan can be more detrimental to health than benefit of spices. Also not the best for image purpose considering you are doing very well with promoting your channel. Pls accept my request with good intention. Look forward to the next recipe.
