The opening scene with Rico, Ace, and Mitch eating at the table set the tone for the rest of the movie...Mitch and Ace should have known from the jump that Rico was going to be problem going forward.

There were so many signs that Rico was trustworthy. How he acted after Ace was shot would have been a big clue for me

20:30 it's not a bad buisness model. If you're selling @ a cheaper price but taking competition's customers.. Then you end up making more because they don't have anyone that will buy.. Then once everyone is buying your product.. You up the price.. That's actually a very smart & strategic way of selling your product in buisness.. You undercut your competion with a better product & cheaper price then steal their customers

This is one of my favorite movies. Wood Harris is criminally underrated. He’s from Chicago were a lot of actors & actresses are from. Cam’ron said acting wasn’t on his agenda. Here are some fun facts: Ace’s mom was also Mike’s mom in The Wood & she appeared on New York Undercover.
