Back then, I thought Piper said to Paige, “I want u to use ur more, glossip gifts”. That’s what I remember. Witch Hunters r like hate crime serial killers. If they really know about demons, and witches use their powers for good, why do this? The answer is they just don’t care, and want a magic-free world. Even if it damns 😈 their own souls. Take the cancelled Netflix series of Cursed for example. Loosely based on King Arthur; a fanatical killing group (similar to the KKK), were killing fair folks (fairies). Viewing them as abominable demons, and in God’s name is their work.

@sifilor To be honest, I also never understand such Characters in such The Series as The Charmed. And especially when they may actually be aware of the existence of powerful Good Witches who, actually prefer to use their powers for the good of others.

@@marikam2998 because witch hunters don't believe in good witches. to them ALL witches are evil. I love charmed but most of the show is them fighting demons, they rarely use their powers to help others or do anything for others . The few times they do help people- are more one offs. On the show it is explained to viewers why they can't act and help more and the limitations placed on them, but for people in the show universe they wouldn't know. and would not know any good deed is just that and not some altruistic act that will come back to bite anyone else A Witch hunter has no reason to believe there are good witches or good magic- they fight demons yes that isn't proof they are good. just they might be involved in a power struggle

@@jadebolt4416 Hypothetically speaking. If they did know about goodness within magic, it wouldn't make any difference. They want what they want in life, and r willing to sacrifice their sould to get it. Like with real life ppl who wish magic was real, but they want it to b like how they watched on tv (Bewitched, Sabreina The Teen Witch, Buffyverse, Harry Potter, yadda, yadda, yadda). But when they (fictional mortals) discover it, and the reality doesn't meet their expectations and satisfactions, they hate it. But for self-rightous, fantical-hypocrites, they just don't want it in the world. Before the sisters got their powers, the mortal "fantasy" life they were living in; they (haters) want that to b the actual reality everywhere.

Probably an unpopular opinion for this comment section, but Prue (Doherty) getting replaced by Paige(McGowan) just killed the show for me. I couldn't stand McGowan, and stopped watching midway through Paige's first season (S04).
