[Beef and radish soup]
[Ingredients]
Radish 1&1/2 cup (230g)
Beef brisket 1 cup (150g)
1/4 onion (50g)
Sesame oil 1 tbsp (8g)
Cooking oil 1 tbsp (8g)
Green onion 1/3 cup (30g)
Minced garlic 1 tbsp (15g)
Soup soy sauce 2 tbsp (20g)
Fermented anchovy sauce 2 tbsp (20g)
Fine salt 1/2 tbsp (5g)
Pepper
Water 1.5L
[Directions]
1. Cut the radish into 3-cm thin pieces.
2. Remove blood from beef.
3. Chop or cut the green onion diagonally. Slice the onion.
4. Add sesame oil and cooking oil to a pan and stir-fry the beef.
5. Once the outside of the beef is cooked, add the cut radish.
6. When the meat is cooked, add water, minced garlic, soup soy sauce, and fermented anchovy sauce, and simmer for 20 minutes over medium heat.
7. Once the beef softens, add onion and keep simmering.
8. Season with salt and finish with green onion and pepper.

[Beef and mushroom soup]
[Ingredients]
Radish 1&1/2 cup (230g)
Beef for bulgogi 2/3 cup (100g)
3 button mushrooms (180g)
Sesame oil 1 tbsp (8g)
Cooking oil 1 tbsp (8g)
Green onion 1/3 cup (30g)
1 egg (50g)
Minced garlic 1 tbsp (15g)
Soup soy sauce 2 tbsp (20g)
Fermented anchovy sauce 2 tbsp (20g)
Fine salt 1/2 tbsp (5g)
Pepper
Water 1.5L
[Directions]
1. Cut the radish into 3-cm thin pieces.
2. Remove blood in beef meat and slice button mushrooms thinly.
3. Chop or cut the green onion diagonally. Beat the egg in a bowl.
4. Add sesame oil and cooking oil to a pan and stir-fry the beef.
5. Once the beef is cooked halfway, add the cut radish.
6. When the meat is cooked, add 1.5L of water, minced garlic, soup soy sauce, and fermented anchovy sauce, and simmer over medium heat.
7. Once the radish is completely cooked, remove from the soup, and add button mushroom and water. Keep simmering.
8. Season with salt and add beaten egg and green onion.
9. Put in a bowl and finish with some pepper.
