If the topic of an arranged marriage is brought up to Octavia by Paimon, without a doubt, the line "your mother and father went through the same thing" will be said. This will clue Octavia into what Stolas was going through in his marriage to Stella, and she may realize just what the happy pills were truly for: dealing with Stella, not Via.

I kind of like that Stella is really.... aloof brained, but I don't think Stella would go that far because people miss the fact that Stella TRIED to make her love for Stolas work in the past. they used to get along and it was only because he refused to show affection for her as his wife that she grew increasingly angry. Even in episode 2 she makes it very clear she's angry wtih Stolas for cheating on her and the first thing he does when she finds out is screams "We're gETTING A DIVORCE!!" so in her mind, she thinks Stolas is literally throwing away their marraige to run off with some imp who tried to rob them and that's what she can't live with. She is insane no doubt, but her rage is for a reason. Plus it's Andrealphus who has to keep reminding her "THink of all the POWER You can get by getting rid of Stolas!" and she's like "Huh? Oh, power..yeah...no I just want to get rid of him! I don't really care about the power."

If Octavia does end up forced to get married like Stolas, I don't think Paimon will be the one to marry her off nope. If it does happen, there will be no doubt in my mind that it'll be done by Stella and Andrealphus but mostly Stella since she was given full custody of Octavia. But if this does end up happening, I'm more concerned about *who* they would force Octavia to marry. Because you never know, it would probably be someone who would treat Octavia the same way Stella used to treat Stolas.

I like to think of something more surprising in the outcome, like Octavia would turn out to be unable to bear children due to infertility and would be considered a liability to her own family. That, or she even finds a way out of 'egg-dropping' by doing the Goetia's bidding by using her magic for assassinations on Earth or in Hell, indirectly stealing jobs for IMP. The latter idea could definitely help her connect with Blitzo and crew.

Actually it would be funny if she married a male Goetia who was friends with. A guy who didn't originally have romantic feelings for each other but would fall in love or just be good friends, at least. Also, it would be cool if her husband did form a good relationship with Stolas in secret. First I want to say I REALLY love your mature insights on the show that doesn't try to force certain views and always addresses proper evidence as we know it in the show, and not what we "assume or want to happen". That's why I love your deep dives. That said I have to say one thing. Everyone who keeps saying "Octavia's Ace" needs to chill for a bit as that's the exact kind of assuming Deepcut is addressing negatively. Instead of watching the show and letting the characters speak for themselves with context, you're focusing on fetishizing what you want to come out of the show as if you yourselves are the character and that's really messing up the perspective of the narratives. After all, the ONLY reason Viv had to point out Octavia is Ace is because the fanbase kept making pedophilia jokes about her being 17 and harassed the owner of her Voxtagram to the point she had to shut down the whole thing, delete all the posts and leave one addressing the situation. Compared to what Paimon or Stella does in the actual show, I've seen far worse harassment come from the fans who try to force the characters into fitting these molds they want to see and getting really violent when the character doesn't fit that mold, even writing fanfiction/editing the wiki to fit that vision. Use context from the actual shows and don't put your personal feelings or fetish into the show so much to believe in misleading information, especially to the point of violence and hatred. From what I've seen, none of the characters have done anything wrong enough to warrant people fuming mad and making death threats on the characters. We still don't know all thier stories from thier perspectives yet. So all the "My theory is Stella's going to die a horrible death and Octavia's gonna be the one to do it". BZZZT this is NOT that kind of show and frankly....says more about what kind of person YOU are. At least Stella had a REASON for being angry and isn't just out here looking for blood.

I can see a possibility here not only for Paimon to match Octavia to one of her cousins against her will, but for Stella and Andrealphus to try and force her to become their idea of a proper Goetia lady, as a way of bringing her to heel (and also to punish her for defying her uncle). Via’s not exactly some traditional pretty little princess, after all, and I can see those two using a “makeover” as a way of forcing further control on her, disguised as preparing her for her marriage and eventual motherhood. But as we know, Via has no hesitation about doing what she wants when she feels like it, and I doubt she’d put up with this for long. Furthermore, Octavia is a confirmed asexual-she’ll potentially be even less enthusiastic about marriage than Stolas was. We also know nothing about any Goetias she could be paired with, so it could be anything from a snooty aristocratic-type (a kind of mini-Andrealphus, if you will) to a fellow teenage rebel like herself. If they really wanted to hammer the “this is why my parents acted that way” eureka point home, they could have the fiancé be gay just like Stolas, or bisexual with a secret boyfriend. Via is a smart girl; if she discovered such a truth about her unwanted fiancé, she would see the parallels and reconsider what she thought about her father and his pills. I still think it’s more likely for her to reach out to Loona first. She is the one who found her in L.A., she’s the only person other than Stolas who has gotten through to her when she needed someone to talk to, and she is Blitz’s daughter. I can imagine a scene where Via is able to sneak out and meet Loona at a cafe or casual restaurant, and gradually work up to asking how Stolas is doing, which leads to Loona arranging for the two of them to meet and for father and daughter to finally have a heart to heart, paralleling their scene in Looloo Land and maybe leading into a song where they sing together about everything being okay, meaning their relationship is restored and they are both fine now.

Octavia's Uncle wants to permanently keep all Stolas has. If Piamon tries to marry her off it can put her life endanger. And I can see Octavia being forced to marry and can see her uncle being a danger to her life. The question is how will Stella react? Her only chance of redemption is caring about her daughter. We know Stolas would not want his daughter forced to marry nor her life endanger.

I do have a theory. I am not sure that Loona is a hellhound. She just looks like one. I wonder if she is a bastard daughter of Marchosias, marquis of the Ars Geotia. Born out of wedlock she was adopted away under the guise of a hellhound. Notice that she has a demonic form, and she can use Stolas' tome. If Loona is a member of the Ars Geotia by birth then Stolas has done nothing wrong and technically Marchosias has to answer for the sins of the daughter who is not of age.

One of the most craziest visions I’ve ever had is going back to Imps having a beast mode like Loona does. Now many say they don’t really have one, but I think if there was ever going to be a chance were we will see a possible beast mode is somewhere between season 3 and season 4. Simply seen where Via finally figuring out Stella’s plans and turning against her and I.M.P showing up for a whole brawl again, but everyone gets injured, causing Blitzø to snap out and go all beast mode on em all. Now striker is there too so he goes out after him and takes him out brutally to show what Imps like him are really capable of. Now take in the fact Via could also give him a lot more power then what he really have. But Blitzø of all Imps would probably have the strongest beast mode.

I don't like her mother, but no one can deny a fake marriage to someone she hates didn't help her issues. They resented each other so much. RN everyone see her as this shallow villian with little depth, this could be a chance to actually give her some depth.

I actually started writing a fanfic with a very similar premise to this!!! It was a little different, since I had Andrealphus be the one to set up the marriage, as an attempt to network within the Ars Goetia, but Paimon works too! And rather than falling in love with a lower class demon, I was going to use it to explore Octavia’s asexuality. While we don’t know if Octavia is aromantic or asexual with some other romantic orientation, people I’ve talked to who are aromantic have mentioned that, for the longest time, they didn’t realize there was a difference between platonic and romantic attraction, and I think if Octavia was aromantic and felt that way, it could feed in even more to her feeling replaced by Blitzø. Especially since this series has such strong LGBTQ+ themes. But I like this idea too!

Lots of great points here, but one I'd disagree with is about Paimon's reaction to the trial. Even though Paimon has been distant and a non-factor in Stolas's life, I think he'd be absolutely furious with Stolas and not be shy about showing his disapproval. It's a dynamic we see all too often in the real world. It's why kids who feel neglected by their parents will sometimes act out as a way to at least get some sort of attention, even if it's negative.

Paimon is a very intriguing figure in the Ars Goetia, not only does he have more legions than everybody else (200, even Asmodeus only has 72), he's attended to by kings (Lebal and Abalam), and is specifically stated to be the most loyal to Lucifer. Given that allegiance, he might not view the courtsessions as legitimate because Lucifer isn't in attendance, besides being disgusted by Satan's lies, and possibly even outspoken about them (which'd lead to Satan banning him from attendance or othervise punish him for "going against" "the law"). But to be honest, I don't even think Paimon knows Stolas has been demoted, as he was always very ignorant about his son, and maybe the rest of his kids as well (including grandkids). But when he finds out about there's likely going to be fireworks, one thing that's been consistent in the series, is fathers reacting very poorly to their children doing their own thing (Paimon, Crimson and even Blitz had shades of it in season 1). Whether or not Paimon'll be pushing for Octavia to get married is a good question though, as any of his other sons could step forth an push the goetia's interests, or it is seen as the parent's job.

Interesting the part of Octavia bonding with her mother, may help to show her background, and maybe in a moment Stella comment on how Octavia should beat her future husband, like she did with her father for years, working as the realization moment. What I hardly disagree, is that they will repeat the story of Stolas with her, I think the point is that Stolas will try everyting he can for avoid it to happens to her daughter.

1. Paimon may actually be a very big fan of Lucifer, as the lore states. So, he might have heard what Satan said at the trial about Lu. Wishful thinking: Paimon might disown Stolas publicly, but privately may support Stolas' relationship with Octavia, if only to spite Satan's ruling. 2. I can't see Loona and Via being a couple. But, I can see them being friends. That in itself is a whole can of worms.

There's also the plot point that Andrealphus is just a seat warmer for Stolas's position at the moment. But he wants to keep that power forever, not just until Octavia becomes of age to take it or Stolas's sentence is done. Octavia being forced to marry and bear a child could definitely play into that. Perhaps Andrealphus has a child or younger sibling that he'll ask to be wed to Octavia in order to help secure his position. Plus, I don't think killing Octavia is off the table for him yet. In the event of Octavia's death, her child being more strongly related to him would be a good argument for Andrealphus to keep that power for longer, plus it would give him a person to mold into a tool.

What Andre (Elsa) and Stella don’t realize is that with Stolas out of the picture neither of them have power. Octavia is the precautionary heir so all power will be given to her now. I don’t even know if Paimon is even alive in the current timeline. He could’ve easily been replaced once he passed. I have a feeling he just isn’t around anymore but if he is, that would be surprising. Stolas is, basically, only on a suspension. A long suspension of 100 years, which... does matter and impact him, the other ars goetia will still be around, but Blitz... likely won't, being a very-much mortal imp. Octavia probably won't have to succeed him for a while. Edit: For Millie, it's a terrible situation no matter what. If she keeps the child, it's going to involve a lot of trouble and an effective take-down or restructuring of her entire life. She'll be unable to do her job that she loves with all her heart and being for an extended amount of time. And Moxxie... is a questionable father at best. I love the guy, but he freaks out easily. She's usually the calm and sensible one, and she's the one affected by the hormones, making her much less calm. If she has it and gives it up for adoption, that's putting a child into a terrible, awful system and it will grow up angry, bitter, and afraid. If she decides to have an abortion, there's possibly societal shame (which she might not have any care for) and then the emotional turmoil that can cause. And not even mentioning how Moxxie might feel about it.

I can see Paimon coming to see Octavia and let her know that since she is coming close enough to marry that he would arrange a marriage for her or I can see Andreas trying to marry Octavia off to some rich snob(perhaps similar to him or related to him) or a very drug/alcohol addicted goetia for her. If this happens Paimon will definitely get involved in some way and either he will say that she is still to young or he will choose someone better for her to marry and Stella will most likely talk Octavia into saying that she had to do this and either try to help her daughter adjust to a arranged marriage when she comes of age or not wanting her daughter to go through the same hell she went through try to find some kind of loophole so Octavia won't have to marry anyone when she comes of age. But if this arranged marriage regardless of who arranged all of this Stolas will definitely find out-perhaps Vassago will inform Stolas since they seem like they are friends(also hope we see more of him in season 3) Stolas gets IMP to help crash the wedding or sneak into the wedding so Stolas can talk to Octavia directly and see why he saved Blitz and took the blame for everything and maybe help her out of her arranged marriage by whisking her away somewhere no one can find her so she can start her life anew.

I don't know if things would get that intense. I would love to see Paimon try to forcibly betroth Octavia to a random guy - though I doubt they'd just pull a random character out of nowhere unless he were a throwaway - but Octavia doesn't seem to realize she was born from an arranged marriage otherwise that would've come up in their talk in that episode. If Paimon did try to force Octavia into marriage, I have a feeling it wouldn't bring her closer to her mother. Probably the opposite considering Stella has yet to even say her daughter's name even once. Stella only had Octavia because she was told to and that knowledge could cause some serious damage to Octavia

I don't think Octavia will be told by Paimon that she needs a precautionary heir... Yet. Stolas's exile, after all, is only temporary. Meaning that, if anything, if there is any burden to have a second precautionary heir, it would likely fall on Stolas. That said, I do think Stella and Andrealphus are going to continue to conspire to possibly kill Stolas, especially after he and I.M.P. assaulted and proved their prowess in battle against the latter. Which I think will result in Octavia starting to at least overhear the "precautionary heir" talk and realize that, if anything happens to Stolas, the same will be expected of her. Ideally, Octavia would reflect on this and realize that neither of her parents actually wanted her, only Stolas was ever happy to have her. But something tells me, in a show that can't stop reveling in the low-brow like Helluva Boss, Octavia will ultimately thwart the next plot to assassinate Stolas just to prevent her own betrothal, and that, if she and Stolas do have a face to face after the fact, it's going to involve her shouting at him that he is not forgiven and she only did it so she doesn't wind up like him. After which, if she doesn't storm away immediately, Stolas should say that he always wanted her not to wind up like him too. And while I don't think they'll hug and make up after that, I think Octavia will ultimately come to at least understand him and the episode will end with Loona getting a text message to say hi to Stolas for her.

I could see Octavia and Loona being a couple. Or at least two people who are closer to each other than they've ever been to anyone else. The fact that their fathers are in love with each other would likely make it too weird for them to be anything but BFFs. I also feel like Loona had already given up on Vortex even BEFORE he found out that his girlfriend was the Queen of Gluttony. But we did see Beelzebub speak in Blitzo's defense despite him having gone on a self-hating binge at her party while Loona was ready to throw down with Bee directly. So I feel like it's more likely that Loona will start to think of Vortex as being more like an uncle or a big brother -- as someone she can talk to, ask tough questions, and look at as a possible role model; the kind of hellhound she wished she knew growing up in the orphanage. As for the possible scandal of being in a relationship with a lower hellborn... Well, I think, like in real life, that would only be considered "scandalous" among the inbred. We know at least two of the seven Deadly Sins are also doing it, and the only Sin who seems to have any problem with it is also the Sin with whom the other six Sins have the most problems. If word ever did get out that Octavia and Loona were a couple, even if they weren't and it was just a misunderstanding, it would probably play out more like when Ozzie and Fizz were exposed, IE: with the reaction among the rank and file hellborn being positive.

Octavia has been treated as nothing more than a product to hold over Stolac's head by Stella her whole life. Stolac has tried to give his daughter the life he always wished he had wanted. The problem with this is that both parents are lying not only to themself that this is selfless love, but that they are also shielding Octavia from the truth. Stella is hellbent to hold onto what small shread of power she has at any cost. Stolac just wants to live a happy normal anger free life with his family. Anyone out there that has grown up in that environment knows what happens when the real truth comes out. Family bonds are shattered sometimes beyond repair because neither parent can see or refuse to see what they did wrong. Another thing, this could also be a way for Vizipop to tell all those people that broke away from their toxic families and shared their stories on Youttube, Tictok, you name it. I See You!

Octavia being asexual may also play a role into forced marriage her problem with it that's not that she isn't attracted to the opposite sex but feeling barely any attraction at all to men or women. Loona definitely isn't gonna be Octavia's love interest seeing how the two could become step sisters one day. If the arrange marriage concept is brought up I hope we see Paimon or Stella going through the selection process of finding a young man for Octavia so we'd get to see other royal children since so far we only got Octavia right now(only current child Royal)

I hate when people say that Octavia is over reacting during sinsmas. Because she isn't, if anything she is under reacting. Stolas never actually SHOWS that he loves her. He always says he "loves" her, but his actions make his words ring hollow. In loo loo land he says let's go to this amusement park, even when she makes it very clear that she doesn't want to go there, but Stolas doesn't ask her where SHE wants to go. But when he decides to go there anyway, he says they need security, and who does he call, the f*cking guy he is having the affair with, and the very first thing he says on the phone *in front of his daughter* is "well hello there my big d*cked Blitzy" and when they get there, Stolas is far too busy harassing Blitz to even notice his daughter is unhappy. And seeing stars actually makes him worse because when Octavia is psuedo-trapped in an unfamiliar dimension, who knows what could happen to her, Stolas stays with Blitz in the studio cheering him on while he's on Tv. And barely mentions her. In fact its not even Stolas who goes searching and finding Octavia. Its f*cking LOONA that takes the time to actually find her, and when she does, she comforts Octavia because once again, dear old dad couldn't give two sh*ts. And in mastermind, Stolas is fully prepared to die in order for Blitz to live. Is this touching? Sure, but look at it from Octavia's perspective. Her dad who claims to love her, is willing to abandon her with her mom and Andrealphus (idk how to spell the name). And when he is banished. It CANONICALLY takes him a full month to even remember her. So no she is far from overreacting. She is calling him out on his bull. Imo Stolas is just as bad as Stella. Sure he might not scream, but he is neglectful as all get out.
