Any corrections or additional info will be added to this comment! -In Before Sun & Moon, the Four Shades are described as “shining Shades,” but Yohaul describes them as “Shades who stay in the shadows.” This suggests that either something happened to the light that allowed them to shine (Primordial One?) or their power weakened to the point they lost their glow.

You should check what Neuvillete says in his voice lines about vision. He talks about shades: " All fragments of the primordial one were driven to devour each other".

My dad and I have been losing it over this update. He's been helping me build a timeline of events for Teyvat's history and we've been theorizing along the way. Finding out that Phlogiston is the original form of the elements proved a point my dad's been making since he started playing a few months ago. Needless to say our minds are blown lmao. I can only hope that the Natlan patches prove my favorite theory correct too...

I honestly don't think the Traveler will follow their destined path. There's a whole lot about defying fate and choosing your own path in life throughout Genshin's story, and I feel like whatever Traveler chooses, it won't be what they were supposed to do. Like, if they are a creation or successor to the Primordial One, I think they'll inevitably end up siding with the dragons. Or if they were summoned to fight off the Abyss, they will probably decide to seek balance with it instead. (For that last part, I'm going off of the idea that Ashikai proposed in her latest video. It suggests that the Abyss is necessary to the stability of Teyvat and that making peace with it will solve a lot of the issues Natlan and other regions are facing. I think it fits really well with Genshin, especially considering the other Hoyo games' stories, e.g. Kiana embracing Finality.)

So I was looking through the genshin manga and it reveals so much about Natlans future. In the manga aether has the pryo element and goes to ask venti if entering celestia makes him a god. I hope celestia wakes up soon and calls aether to enter celestia

Well... I believe the sisters are Paymon, ( sonnet small song), Asmodeus (Arya, song that sings itself), Istaroth (Cannon, song that repeats itself - reference to Istaroth's sansaras like Rukadevata and Nahida). Three mythological goddesses: young, mother, crone. Three goddesses of destiny: birth, life, death which translate in lore as: Destiny, time, death. If we take the reference, the seelie could be the shadow of life, which (according to Fontaine and Remuria), can portray Sybilla and Remus. Seelie being a natural being of the planet helping Phanes to recreate ( power of life).

I'm wondering if giving the Traveler an Ancient Name is something of an unintentional trap, since that involves recording their story to Natlan's Night Kingdom, which might count as recording them into Irminsul, making them vulnerable to Irminsul changes.

As a foe against El Capitano, I would say Vedrfolnir, Dainslief’s brother! Why would the storyline 2/3rds of the way through everything have Dainslief bring up his OLDER brother and have Capitano admit he is also Khaenri’ahn? Now Capitano did say he knew of Dainslief and how angry he was and probably is, as well as erosion problems they both may have. Dainslief has older brother problems and whether jealous or admiring his older brother, Capitano explains who he is and puts into context why he might have a foe in Vedrfolnir. Vedrfolnir was a royal Madge in the court of King Irmin and one of the five sinners who started the war in 500 and caused the cataclysm. (Side note. Pierro was also a royal Madge and the Traveler lived with him prior to the war and before Pierro became head of the Fatui.) Capitano must have known Pierro and that was how he became part of the Fatui. I would think he has more of a reason (if Vedrfolnir is living and who knows maybe he is!) Capitano would have more reason to go after him than anyone else. I have a feeling, (maybe I’m totally wrong) Pierro broke with Vedrfolnir and went to the Tsaritsa and became head of the Fatui. Which makes sense that he might take and angry younger brother Dainslief’s and Capitano with him. Now one other thing. I have often believed Dainslief was the twelve unknown Harbinger. He was undercover to Pierro as the Boughkeeper to make sure the Traveler was under control with potions, magic and use of Irminsul to make them think they were the abyss Prince/Princess.

@@zaraplays7210 Ronova should be someone else since she has a different VA, and her VA character introduction card (on JP Twitter) depicts her as the flame (since we haven’t seen her model yet). I believe the angel just said Ronova is “the one we want to know about” because she was the one who granted Mavuika the power needed to push the Abyss back.

So Lord of the night first explained what power from Heavens is and then about the one were asking. The question is" What is the power of Heavens that helped Natlan " and "what is the god in heavens that took our sister". If we ask the latter Lord of the Night wouldn't know the answer she was asleep for Thausands of years and just wake up. She wouldn't know who took our sister.
