Can you please explain how to negotiate canal to it's full working length when it is not reaching till the full length ( also keeping in mind that we have not started bmp, just want the file to reach working length, but getting high resistance)

After reaching about 16 mm, you must first do coronal enlargement by using orifice opener. This way you can avoid errors

Sir what is the prognosis or success rate for a root canal treated tooth if rubber dam is not used,hypo not used....

Then you are relying on luck. RCT without hypo might work well for a few years but eventually there is a high chance of failure in future.

Sir if the pain is due to over instrumentation then what should be the management protocol

You have to keep the patient on painkiller. And wait. Do not do bmp again and again. When the pain subsides, obturate asap
