Thank you so much for making this video . After breaking my heel I have been in constant agony over a year and half later. Doctors just diagnose me with chronic pain syndrome. But my foot is still swollen and disfigured. The bottom of my foot is numb and has been since accident I have much pain in heel . Up to my toes and shooting up my leg. Doctors say xray is fine but I am not fine. I need a doctor in Canada to take me seriously I'm so frustrated and I am lame . It is depressing I have lost hope

Very good information... Sir this is my MRI report, can you please suggest how severe my Injury is? MRI RIGHT FOOT Protocol: Multiplanar high resolution MRI of right foot was performed using T1/T2 weighted turbo spin echo, STIR & T2 weighted gradient echo sequences. Observations: Evidence of acute bony contusion with undisplaced microtrabecular fracture line and ill-defined surrounding marrow oedema seen within the calcaneal tuberosity more so along the medial and central aspect. Mild adjoining periosseous soft tissue edema and subcutaneous fat stranding noted. Accompanying low-grade strain of the plantar fascia without any discrete tear noted along its attachment at the calcaneal tuberosity with ill-defined perifascial subcutaneous fat stranding more so beneath the medial cord. Low-grade ATFL sprain noted within intact fibers. Rest of the visualized bones show normal marrow signal. The ankle joint appears normal. Minimal joint effusion is noted. Rest of the visualized ligaments & tendons are normal in course & signal.

Sir i have calcaneus fracture. Doctor suggested non operative approach which i followed. Now after 4 months i can walk but on lateral or outer side of foot near ankle there is some pain and i limp. Doing physiotherapy but do i need additional treatment on this like mri, peronial tendon thing. Doctors suggest like it will go better with time.

डाक्टर साहब, मेरे left heel में fecture 3 months before हुआ था उस समय प्लास्टर कर दिया, वापिस dr से advised ली लेकिन dr ने कुछ exercise करने को कहा,,लेकिन अब तक सही आराम नहीं मिल पाया, पुनः jodhpur में अन्य drसे advised ली उनहोंने कहा है कि heel bone कुछ टेडी जुडी है, कुछ medicine दे दी और 2 months के बाद आने को कहा है ।सर सही advise करो क्या करूँ ।
