I've watched another Japanese streamer (not a Vtuber) cried so hard during these scenes that she can't even read the text. By the way, the original DQXI didn't have voice acting so she did all the voices herself. It took her a couple of days to resumed her let's play because she can't bear the pain (peko) of losing Veronica.

I've watched to Suzy Lu plays DQXI, she cried, mad and was angry with the death of Veronica, she is one of the best DQ11 gameplays for her reactions. I still love Pekora gameplay.

In Pekora's case is her silence what tells you how she feels. Since she is usually loud, roleplays as the main character and reads every npc dialogue. But when Veronica dies so does Pekora's mood.
