I discovered Dan recently but he has really changed my approach to the situation. Thanks to Dan I am 100% sure that I have TMS, what I thought was long covid. I have been perfectly aware thanks to Dan for a while. I am trying my best to implement what Dan says, watching all his videos. I still don't notice any improvements, I am in the worst of my symptoms, but I am really 100% sure that this is the right path, I have no doubts. I know that there is no magic solution but I hope that in a short time I will be able to return to being an extremely functional person like I was, so that I can graduate in medicine (I have a few exams left) and live again the life I had before. thanks Dan! and thanks to everyone who comments, reading the comments makes me feel less alone and makes me feel like we are all facing this journey together. Ciao from Italy

Agh 🙌🙏❤ Honestly just so sooo grateful for the calming effect of these daily videos Dan. Duing it a bit rough w flares atm and really trying to implement the right mindset, but finding by the end of the day it's pretty hard to keep up-finding past few days when I watch your latest daily video for the day it really helps lower the fear and maybe even the intensity a notch (watching all your videos are great but it seems like when it's you LATEST video my brain almost feels like I'm sitting down with you in real time and it seems to have this little bit extra safety effect 😂😂🙌🙏

I have started my day with a body scan starting with my feet and look/focus on what feels good. I stick with that body part and really pay attention to how good it feels. Shift the focus

Yesterday I started thinking about how I do things too fast, walking, eating, etc. and maybe how my brain might perceiving this is danger. So today Im going to Slow Down, began with not getting up as early as I usually do....... let's see how this goes. Ordered the book last night, really looking forward to reading it ! Don't give up. ❤

Yes!! Rushing definitely is perceived as danger by the brain! I also rushed so much, with a sense of urgency when really there was no urgency but what I was creating. I try to be mindful and intentional now, to slow down. 😊

I fell yesterday and hit my back and head in the ice. But even with physical injuries the best way is a calm response. I didn't need to go to the hospital. Am I beat up today? Yes! But I know my body will heal. So calm response. Let the body do its thing.

I had a dream last night and in it, the top of my foot was being scalded, then I woke to use the bathroom and realized that my foot was burning, on fire hot, I then remembered my dream, I then remembered all Dan's advice on remaining un bothered, I went back to bed and woke this morning with nothing wrong. It is so weird how our brains create real life pain, even from a dream, so powerful and amazing yet annoying lol, I ordered your book and am very excited to have that wonderful tool on hand 😊❤

This video is so timely. About 2 months ago, I found out that someone I cared for deeply had passed away. I feel like I went into shock when I found out. I was traveling out of town and was in a hotel room when I found out. So many emotions to process…things unsaid…regret, etc. About 3 weeks ago I get a symptom I’ve never experienced before that is like arthritis in one of my hands. Swollen joints and achiness. I know it’s related to grief. Sometimes both of my hands will ache like I’m carrying something that’s too heavy. The other night I went to dinner with a friend, and I had zero pain. Your video was just confirmation to me of the true source of these symptoms. Thank you!

I've been using it for about a month too (I've had to in my head replace the word pain for "other symptoms "as i think it was first createdfor pain but my tms is other symptoms) but I do find it helpful, I know someone else mentioned they didn't enjoy the format and every one is different, but if it helps i actually really am enjoying the format overall and the way you can choose what to do when you go onto it, but without feeling overwhelmed or like u have to do everything at once or even not every day (I was worried I'd feel like that😂) I'm enjoying the somatic tracking meditations and visualizations the most 😊

Hi Dan! I'm fairly new to all of this, in research mode still lol but I see so many successful stories of people with back pain, neck pain etc. but not many, if any, about burning neuropathy. Staying positive, but it would be encouraging to see a success story in that realm. Have you any stories or success in that area? TIA!

Look for fibromyalgia or crps success stories! They have a symptom of burning pain too so what really is the difference if it is just tms in the end.

Scroll thru the list of successes here: PainFreeYouSuccess.com There are a few. Do the assessments. If it's TMS/Perceived Danger pain - the type and name of the symptom is unimportant. You can still get well. IsThisPDP.com
