Thank you! 🙏🙏🙏 From this video I realized that it is silent reflux that I have had for 50 years! Less suffering from now on since I know that it is also a mind-body thing and there is hope! ❤

One of the most inspirational recovery stories. I love how simply she put it, like how you do Dan. Choose to believe. This is temporary. Act as if you already have the health you want.

wonderful interview. I also loved how simple and clear it was. That makes it much easier to absorb and implement what is being said and also a pleasure to listen to. thank you both, Dan and Felice.

Love this one! Sometimes I have a hard time sitting, listening to the longer ones because my attention span LOL. so this was a nice short success story. I hope more people watch the success stories, even if they don’t align with their symptoms because you still can gain so much from it. The only thing we have in common is anxiety so that was nice to hear how she dealt with that and I’m gonna try that out today just being light about it and making jokes.

Stress responses are so scary . Ive been there many times . Thanks for sharing your story and sorry you had to go through this at such a young age . I was 25 when I experienced it for the first time and then again recently at age 44.. its quite a journey. Thanks Dan for another great recovery story 🙏

Oh felice, thank you for this. I have had chronic pain for years but the past year reflux and all the symptoms you talk about have been getting worse and worse. Medications have not been helping. They culminated this week with almost giving me panic attacks. I also sing, and one of the worst things with the silent reflux has been extreme fear around my voice, which is so gravelly and I can hardly sing now. I’ve been so worried that I might be permanently damaging my vocal chords, which tips me into extreme anxiety. Your video came at the exact perfect time for me…hearing that you can sing again gives me a sliver of hope. It’s been very hard for me to feel that these reflux issues that I’ve had for so long are actually TMS. Thank you so much for sharing your story.

Hello 👋 Your channel was just recommended to me. I've had RA since I was a baby and I also have fibromyalgia. I'm not coping well lately. Lots of extra fear and anxiety as it progresses too. I'm looking forward to making time to binge your videos.

Thank you so much for this podcast and for sharing your success story you are an amazing person yes God designed our body so wonderfully we are wonderfully and fearfully made. I'm taking one day at a time the nervous system has to be in the state of homeostasis and that takes time and teaching the brain we are okay

If your diet is deficient in the vitamins, minerals and amino acids you need for healthy brain function and the maintenance of bone and muscle, eye healh and organ function, you won't do well, no matter how much you address your brain. You might get away with it at 20, but most people exect to go on to have a longer life.

Dan I’ve been trying to find a video of yours that deals with emotions suppressing. I’m sure this is what my mum is doing she has a swollen knee from osteoarthritis and last few years some aura migraines that we thought were a mini stroke but GP now thinks migraine. She’s had 4 and one today. She had been sleeping terribly last few weeks. She has quite a stressful commute to work and up 4.55am. The reason I worry is when the migraine comes on it makes her confused. She also sees the colours. She won’t go to the hospital so I went to check on her. Her BP was a little high but ok. She didn’t look as though she’d had or was having a stroke so letting her go to her doctor tomorrow. Just need a video to show her about emotion suppression as she pushes all her childhood trauma etc away instead of facing and moving on sometimes it leads her to drink and lot then get upset. So I know it’s still there.

Great short success story ❤, Dan, i would like to know if when we talk to our brain, does it have to be out loud or can we say it in our minds?
@PainFreeYou5 күн бұрын
If you're alone - out loud is more impactful. If you can't because people are around, in your mind is fine.

Why do i feel like my case is unique and whatever i try to imply nothing works... I don't want to seem pessimistic but nothing worked for me
@PainFreeYou3 күн бұрын
The belief that this won't work for you keeps your brain perceiving danger. Danger causes and keeps symptoms going. Have you tried clarity, calm, consistently? kzbin.info/www/bejne/hGScg2CfoqiEpdE

She did say the medicine just tells the brain there's something wrong with it. Wow. I'm practicing this TMS stuff but I keep taking the Tylenol and ibuprofen. I do PT as well. I try to just do it because it feels good though and not because I'm trying to fix something as I've heard Dan say

Ppi's the worst thing anyone can take imo, supposed to ve used two weeks only. Most prescribed drug worldwide. Like Felice said she had low acid and ppis reduce it more!
