Guys, the best way to come to a guaranteed decision, is watch the fight in slow motion if you have time. It's truly astonishing how much Fury misses. Because Usyk either dodges the punches or blocks them. Usyk was simply amazing, but if you watch the fight like I said, you will not give Fury four rounds. 3 at the very most. You'll see exactly how amazing Usyk's defence is too.

@JohnDoe-gf5he

Usyk had around 300+ amateur matches on the highest level (olympic) and Fury had around 30 vs nobodies. Fury has then fought 34 professional matches where his greatest achievement was beating Klitschko 1 time. He then ducked the rematch. Only easy opponents for himself like Whyte and Chisora. Ducked AJ. Fought Ngannou for money and got knocked down. Fought an overhyped Wilder who only fought bums, and even got knocked down several times. Then he finally meet a world class boxer like Usyk who has fought the best of the best in the olympics, speedran the cruiser weight and heavy weight division, literally fighting everyone he could get his hands on. Beat AJ, and Fury twice convincingly. I think Fury is overrated if you look at his resume, and Usyk is massively underrated.

100%. Even the pundits who scored this reasonably were happy to trot out the "it was closer than the 1st fight" line. I don't think Fury came close to winning this at any point, whereas in the 1st fight, Usyk was bang in trouble in round 6 & 7. He'd lost 3/4 on the spin and was being caught (and caught badly) every time he came in range. This time there were no such problems for Usyk. Whether by accident or design, Fury fought a cagier fight, throwing in ones & twos, which favoured Usyk with his speed and unreal footwork

As a general note, Usyk did demolish Fury in this fight but the scoring is not only based on punches. The four metrics you score a round on are: - Clean/hard punches - Effective aggression - Ring generalship - Defence Usyk excelled at all of them majority of the fight with a few moments where Fury showed similar levels of skill. Fury has always been doing dirty tricks like that to gain advantages. He knows he has a massive big body, so putting the shorts up to his neck, literally covers 75% of his mass, and then he could cry about getting "low blows" to the ref, if Usyk hit a normal body shot. Fury also has a history with his gloves 'hanging' to be able to f' people up with his jabs, and with his father he found out Klitschko was being dirty by using foam under the ring, to make Fury slower. How would they ever think about stuff like that, if they were not thinking in 'dirty ways' as well. Takes one to know one. Other than that he has a past with headlocks, using elbows, and in the fight with Usyk he also hit him in the back of the head, and clinched dirty.

For decades, we have been told about British values being fairness and justice. Fairness is impartial treatment or behaviour without favouritism or discrimination. Justice means the law is applied fairly and equally to everyone. British media, British pundits, and British fanboys of Fury have not exhibited the so-called British values towards Usyk. Instead, they have sought all kinds of roundabouts to diminish, reduce, and downplay this great boxer's prowess. I tried to live score it myself as well. I gave every round to Usyk, the only round I could argue being a draw was the 5th round. Fury literally did nothing most of the fight. He gave a little resistance in the early rounds, and then he fell of a cliff and was like a sitting duck just getting repeatedly hit by a large amount of body shots, sprinkled with some headshots here and there. Usyk is the superior fighter in the ring, and a much more honorable and classy man outside the ring as well.

It was the worst title fight in heavyweight boxing history when he fought klitschko. Wilder was a one punch wonder, zhang destroyed him, Parker beat him, wilder was never any good. Even if the fight had been close, Fury didn’t do enough to take the belt from a defending champion. In boxing it’s kind of an unspoken rule that a fighter has to clearly prove they are the champion when trying to claim a belt. However this wasn’t even a close fight if we are talking about technical points. Usyk literally landed more punches and had a substantially higher accuracy margin over Fury. Like that’s objective fact. You could literally slow the fight down and count every point - and Usyk clearly won. In terms of scoring beyond technical, at no point did Fury take control of the fight. For every punch Fury managed to land Usyk came back with a 5 to 6 more counters. Usyk never got wobbled or was slowed down. He was just a machine. Fury on the other hand starts to really slow down towards the back half. And while Usyk never lands a massive punch that has Fury wobbling, he kept Fury contained for the entire match. If nothing else this match proved that Fury will never be able to beat Usyk. Even with his added weight & extensive training - the best he could do was stop himself from almost getting knocked out. But that isn’t good enough to stop a champion. Especially when Usyk was able to keep Fury contained the entire fight so he could out box him in technical points. One thing I love about Usyk is that his fights aren’t boring. Like Floyd Mayweather is the master of defense & evasion. He wins by running from his opponents the entire match & beating them on technical points. But even when Usyk wins by technical points he’s an absolute warrior who doesn’t back down. He dives straight into the beast and out boxes his opponent while getting in their face. So his matches are always exciting even without a knockout.
