AC story line was so easy to understand Kyle, idk which one ur thinking of, but it was all leading up to the end of the world last year. The assassin story line was very easy to comprehend too imo

Very late comment but on the adderall segment Kyle is telling the truth if you only use it like 3 times a year it can be real helpful for completing tasks. I cleaned my entire room, color organized my closet, and finished 2 essays in one night. Then I went and helped my friend find the parts for his car that he needed.

Kyle, if this happens, dont train him every day, but on 'off days' just make him go for a long high paced walk if your training him like mad every day he will quit, thats if he even does it also make him eat high protien, 200grms a day is more than enough and wont be hard for him (chicken = low cal's high protein' if he does this he might weigh 380 but he will look alot better as he'l be building muscle also if he has lower back pain no squats! only thing that matters in weight loss is - cals
