For me your book binding videos are still ones I come back to again and again, so I would love to see more of these. Even if there was only one a month, or a 'watch me work' style where you're making something to sell/sold. I also enjoy the haul style, unboxing and weekly vlog style videos, and it would be nice to see you more in the vlogs however understand if that's not something you're comfortable with doing. Be great to see you take on bigger projects which are shared every three months or so, such as a fuller washi tape process from designing, upload, diigital editing, ordering to getting the physical product. Or a collection of items within the same theme which you would then sell on your website. Keep up the great work and hope to see more in 2024!

This. The bookbinding brought me her. Spectacular personality kept me watching even though I'm not really interested in most of the crafts. Happy to visit with her anyway

Bookbinding was what brought me to your channel in the first place and those are definitely videos I kept coming back to for a long time, but I've grown to love all the crafty stuff you do. I'd love to see more pattern making videos, and I did enjoy the shorter little life updates you were doing a while back as well as vlogs like these. I like getting to see what you're working on and what's perhaps inspiring you. Maybe they don't need to be weekly content but I always appreciated seeing the experiments and what you were trying out that might turn into a bigger project video down the line. It exposes me to things I might not have thought to try, or gives me ideas I can use in my own work. Seeing you try new materials is sometimes the drive I need to try them myself, so I'd love more of that too. Hauls or unboxings or just trying new materials. Also your insights into the design process are super helpful too. Also, like, just seeing you do something for yourself is just so nice, you know? Creating for the love of it, to see what you can make. I love that kind of thing. Maybe more bookbinding projects as hero content perhaps. I do miss those. I loved picking up new binding methods to try and seeing them used in a project so I can see how it looks is super helpful.

Bookbinding is what lead me to your channel and by now I’ve watched so many vids of yours and others on bookbinding that I’m saturated. But I keep my eyes out for new ideas and related topics. Your work is always fresh, creative, and technically educational. You communicate very well and that I appreciate so much because some others make great items but their presentation is disorganized and too wordy. Keep up with what you enjoy doing and sharing. I’m keeping the black bell on! 🦌💌❤️📚🙏👍

I'd love to see more hub content like this! I really enjoy the day to day or behind the scenes and calm videos.

Hub content for sure! Simple, down to earth stuff. Playing with art materials and mediums is really appealing to me.

Hub content could be regular vlogs like these, provided you're ok to share your life in that way. And the more Kona content, the better :D

In my language frogging would sound too funny. Because in our tongue frog says kvak kvak. So for us it would be kvakking

Well I am not an insightful viewer I guess, lol, I enjoy everything you do. I appreciate your struggle in growing your channel, it is really challenging so I wish you all the best. If I gain an insight into this process, I will happily share it.

I liked the pattern design, it was giving me plum pudding vibes. I feel like KZbin must be so difficult - one the one hand they give you advice for videos and on the other the algorithm can punish you for veering from your tried and trusted content. Personally I do like the mix of content. I like when you do a big-budget video like a special book cover design, but I'm perfectly happy watching a more vlog-y chill video like this too. I really like process videos, so watching you create a painted pattern (or digital pattern), or preparing ideas for Patreon, or crocheting a design is all interesting to me. It doesn't have to be a 'huge' project.

Hi, I like if you shared more content of your artist adventures like today. I would also like to get your perspective on washi tape process to sell or basic info how you sell your art. I find it fascinating that people live their lives as a content creator and artist plus they sale their art. Plus, this is enough to sustain a simple business.

Pink is my holiday color! I have a pink tree with silver, gold and turquoise ornaments with a candyshop vibe. I love what you did with the paint (but I'm biased). I prefer help channels but once I jibe with a creator , I enjoy the hub content too.

@Sea Lemon • Jennifer: Like others, it was the book binding that brought me to your channel. Unlike others, I am not a fan of vlogs. I have a hard enough time keeping up with the lives of family and friends so I've never felt the need to add video persons to this list. I much prefer your how to videos or demonstrations of new craft tools, e.g., bookbinding tools, etc. Likewise, unboxing is rarely a priority for my watching. I prefer seeing what is made with the product. I hope my comment isn't too discouraging because the bottom line is you need to like what you do and your viewers already represent a diversity of opinions. Thanks for asking for our input.

Same here. I love your tutorials and demonstrating new stuff. Vlogs are not my thing. But in the end it’s your channel, so do what your heart wants you to do❤

Could pattern making be hub content? I tend to be drawn to ‘I try this for the first time’ crafty content on other channels which might be good for hero content?
@TheNididi11 ай бұрын
I don't remember how I found your channel, but it was maybe some craft or book binding. And I guess the way you explain what you're doing and your calmness is what draw me always back to watch your content. As for the ideas.. more book binding, organazing, testing craft supplies, maybe Q&A, DIY, vlogs. Maybe some bigger project. I'd still watch your content if it's daily, weekly, few times in a month, whatever works best for you.
@SuperSparklediva11 ай бұрын
I'll happily watch whatever content you share. I came here originally for the bookbinding content but generally enjoy everything you create. Personally I prefer hero content, but I understand how labour-intensive that is to make. Just keep being you!

I think I found your channel when trying to learn some book binding. You have lots of great content. I end up going into the KZbin rabbit hole and sometimes loose channels that I love. I lost yours for a while, but have wanted to relearn crocheting, there you were when searched. I love the variety of crafting Art you share. I would love to see more about some of your art you have printed and customized for your business. I have two great nephews that my sister has turned into washi tape lovers. How do you go about doing your own washi tape design and the cards. We have a family fish camp every July. (Alaskan Native thing😂), I would love to make some Fish Camp themed washi tape for our family gathering.

I hate red and green together so I am really glad you tried the pink. As an indigenous person, I love to include all the colors of nature in celebrating the solstice holidays, so I love these colors. I like it when YOU are having fun because it shows in the videos. You have opened up your creativity to myriad projects now that you are not doing binding exclusively. You have grown beyond just one thing and your vids explore that. How can that be bad? Look, I realize that you want to make money with these videos but personally, I don't like social media (YT is the only one I visit regularly). YT is giving you the advice to please their algorithms, obviously, but it is so THEY can make more money. My suggestion is that you continue to do YOU, otherwise, you might as well have an 8-5 job just to follow someone else's rules and make a regular paycheck (even with a wage-slaves' job you'd have more input than w/YT).

I love watching your creativity videos. Like your pattern making. I do miss a lot of your videos because you don’t release video as regularly as many KZbinrs. Maybe pick one day a week to release videos every week and then just film and edit videos whenever. Don’t think that was exactly your question, but just fyi for you. Maybe those videos are Hub, but I am not sure.

Oh dear. I'm def NOT one of your insightful viewers. I would NOT be a success as a content creator on ANY platform. The whole Hero, Hub, Help "speak" left me with a "it sounds like they're speaking English, but I can't understand a word they're saying" look on my face (that relates to KZbin's suggestions, not your interpretation of it....) I love your content and don't really think of it in those terms, so am afraid I'm going to be......KONA!!!!!.......unhelpful. 😢
