Yeah, that was really cool! I love those types of watercolors, I use a color called peach black by Holbein, it’s great for doing value studies but it does this crazy thing when you lift it or put it down in lighter layers and the ranges go from a peachy color to a bluish green color… Not super obvious but subtle and makes you wonder if your eyes are playing tricks on you! :-)

I've never heard of that color! It's definitely going on my list of tubes of paint to try (even though I have so many tubes already) 😅
