Ironically, I learned about cleaning all types of paint with baby wipes in a Bob Ross class ages ago. So funny that you mentioned both in the video!

You are correct about it being great to have a video on in the background while working on models. I just went through several of your videos while painting a Panzer III J for Bolt Action. Keep up the excellent work!

Done the two other steps for the indomitus box give away. I need that box!!! Thank you for the oportunity. Great videos the ones you make. My most memorable time painting was when I first painted with layer paints an inceptor of the Blood angels chapter.

You've painted Raptoryx well. I've been meaning to get the Furies and Ratoryx since Warcry first got released about nearly 3 years ago, I was drawn into getting the Cypher Lords and Splinter Fangs warband. Very good details on them! I may do the Raptoryx some time this year?

Hi im here to enter the indomitus draw, im subbed, and i shared the channel with a friend via instagram. My favourite painting experience is the one im actually going to begin next month. Am gonna convert a wraith knight into a Precursor Robot from the jak and daxter video game, gonna need a not or ork bits amd green stuff for that! Love the channel, youre probs the best painter pit of all the 40k channels i watch though Kirioth.tv's chaos conversions come close haha. Love to see you paint AOS models as i feel they arent covered online very well despite their beauty. Anyway, cheers!

I'll rewatch this tonight when I'm painting! I 100% agree it's good to just have a vid on in the background. Usually I watch Sorastro but I'm adding you guys to the playlist hah. Weird question for you, do you find it easy to see the minis with just glasses on? I'm using glasses and also a magnifying lens.
@swordnsteele7125 жыл бұрын
I do, with good natural lighting :) But I do keep a magnifying glass on hand for the odd detail, particularly for anything primed black

That is one of the things I dislike about the new tendency to have everything, even troops these days, sculpted standing on by of scrap/ruin, it adds unnecessary extra work to make basing match. The scheme is good, problem with contrast now though is it is getting people finished painting so much quicker that the duration of videos isn't long enough for me to get to the stage of opening the first paint pot to start painting along to the vid! I should probably speed up a bit.
@DragonNinjaGaming5 жыл бұрын
I tend to agree with you. It does add abit more to the bases, but restricts you at the same time. I prefer making my own bases and themes for them.its alot of fun. I'm a very slow painter. Only done a few different start collecting boxes so far. I have no interest in the contrast paints. Want to master the normal paints. I don't mind if it takes me ages to finish.
@gsmith11355 жыл бұрын
