I have the same gun. You should turn the regulator knob forward instead of back towards you. It will also make it easier to see the pressure you got as a slight tilt shows you the gauge and the knob wont hit your arm :)

Ok so did u use thinner to thin the paint..?? Or dose the gun have no problem with thick paint..?? And what tip was u using on that gun.?

It was a bit thick, using a thinner is best

Nice! Do you need the regulator on the gun if you have a regulator on your compressor? Also, do you need a moisture trap?

Regulator on gun yes, Moisture trap no just keep your compressor drained.

it’s not a car good sir. the “throttle” is just trigger & “tank” is just a paint cup lmao 🤣 but overall thank you for the video! i was wondering if i could use a hvlp gun for typical home paint without having to thin the paint first. what size tip did you have? i imagine that if you use paint thinner you can a smaller 1.4 tip but i never tried it.
