Just bought 2 more guns(r500 & 610), this one is the same as the aerppro 610,only diff. is color of knobs & gun otherwise build is identical,Amazon with 3 tips,gauge is $75

Hi Pharraway, the InoKraft did a great job on the base and clear it came out with a nice flat finish. I was watching a video from Adam at BodeVision the other day and he was using the same gun, he didn't go into as much detail as you did but he said it was a nice gun. I see it's available here in the UK as well which makes a change so I may pick one up, thanks for sharing👌🙏👍John UK

Hey Primo, good job, I tried an Eastwood Premium gun, it was OK, no mottling with Peal, but the finish was not great, maybe if they would have had this gun back when I bought my Iwatas, I could have saved a Billion or so 🤣🤣Especially the Purple cap. But anyway, nice gun to start with, good price also. Oh yeah, still looking forward to the Jamb videos. Most of the Jambs I have seen painted were lousy jobs, or with no Interiors, also around the front and rear glass. I found out I need a 2.0 gun for my high build HOK dtm 3K, and of course Eastwood no longer sells these tips for the gun I have, so now I know how pro painters get such a collection of guns 🤣🤣 El Guero Viejo Blue Mule

Great video Pharraway! Do you think these LVLP guns can be used to do an overall job? I been contemplating the R500 for a VW van project I will be spraying at home. What worries me is the gun being too slow and my wet edge drying too fast. I’m not an experienced painter. Thank your for your advice!

These spray guns consume less air. I've been hunting low consuming spray guns and the R500 is the only one i know of. Your air compressor wont be running as much and create water.

Did you try other PSI that seems kinda high for LVLP gun, most lvlp gun are basecoat 20psi and clearcoat 22psi which compressor shouldn't kick on for a while saving air in the tank?

When I first started using an r500 type gun I sprayed metallic at 20-22psi because I'd heard you could run lower pressures but it was a blotchy mess. Mite be OK for solids but not metallics or pearls. 28-29psi is perfect and 32-38 for clear give or take depending on the clear👍

I like the R500 better, smoother trigger, uses oring. A610 uses plastic bushing.

My goal is to have as little overspray in my garage as possible. Although the cfm ratings on these CHINESE guns are sketchy, guns like the R500 , ect. do opperate with less overspray than many guns out there. I like to move in closer with an lvlp gun and move faster. Can get some nice sag-free finishes.

That's because it is it's a a610/r500 model I found the same gun on Amazon last night this one just looks like it's better built

Trigger is plastic bushing, the R500 has oring which is a lot smoother, better feel.
