Dye Jet pack is absolutely amazing , im 225 6'1 , 40ish waist and the belts long on me , but the extra belt makes it super comfy and you still can latch down on those tight secondary belts so its snug , i run,dive,slide and it stays in place, let alone the pod ejectors actually do eject the pods a bit, and still are after a full year use. id highly recommend this pack, dye does soft goods very well imo.

I'm 6foot 260lbs size 38 waist but I like to wear my pack high and I've worn the empire one and had problems with it busting off my fatass when I couched during gameplay LOL. Brad told me to get the jet pack and I've loved it ever since! It's big and very comfortable.

Being a big guy with short arms I have issues using vertical packs. I can't get the pods out easily. But the horizontal pack options are limited. These 2 packs I have found to work well: Big game/scenario: Valken v-tac bravo vest Rec/speedball: NXE extraction "base" harness, BT horizontal molle adapter, and 3+5 Dye assault pack

Good advice. I've been out of the game for about 7 years and just got back into it. Been searching for a pack to fit me better while I start to lose weight again. (Managed to make my way up to over 400, down to 350 now). I like the extender, I've been using one for a while, but it took me a bit to find out they exist. I wouldn't have bought the extender if I knew the dye pack would work. But now I can buy/use just about any pack I want.

As a large paintball player, thank you for this. It’s almost as if the big guys are bullied and made fun of because we are large. Honestly, it has stopped me from playing in the past and I consider myself a pretty good speedball player but my self esteem on the field is awful because I always feel like we are judged. Again… thank you for actually looking out for the big guys.

UNDR Packs are VERY nice and accommodate larger sizes and also available with a 10 inch extender if needed!

I am an average weekend-woodsball type of guy, so i use a backpack that includes a pod pack and its really nice for a heavy-set guy like me. Also, i absolutely love this channel. You're small, but it is definitely my favorite paintball youtube channel because the content is very well developed. As a paintballer, I'm impressed. As a youtuber, Im even more impressed. :D

Id love to see a pack for larger guys that moves the pod holder more to each side so they are easier to reach. I am a larger guy in my midsection. I am also blessed with a short frame so that means short arms. I usually have to move the pack to one side or the other to be able to reach the pods. A pod holder with a space in the middle (move the holders to each side) would be fantastic and I'd pay big for it. Thanks for all the vids you put out. I enjoy watching them.

im not an expert like him but i think it would decrease your guns performance because you would have to start turning up the velocity of the gun using up more air.

Finally something for us old fat guys that just play the back due to tons of medical issues. And you did a great job talking about the "dunlop" or aka the " FODA" 😅 I have used military alice belt with alice suspenders in the past. With extentions. Then I used the old style pod holders slid on the belt. Great video!

Some pod packs that I've found to fit me (and I'm fat) the $35/$40 tippmann one, 2013 NXE pod pack, and the Dye assault/attack pack (on my second one now). The GI Sportz glide pack fit me, but it was way too tight.

Yeah the TIppmann Pro Harness really is an NXe pack. I also liked the NXe stuff, they just have been gone for about 5 years.

The new carbon paintball podpacks have a "wide" option, have you measured it? It is also the most expensive pack that is made at $129.95...Might be something to look into. Also Valken sells a 20in extender as well

Yeah, one of my friends recently got an HK Eject 5 pack, and I was surprised at how comfortable it is, even when loaded up with paint. It does, unfortunately, have the opposite problem, where if you're a real skinny person, you'll have trouble doing it up tight :P One of the guys on my friend's team is like a 30" waist, and he has trouble with it.

Honestley, it would be hard for me to get all the pants at the same time. From what I have seen, the HK Freeline pants aren't the most durable, but non of the lightweight pants are. The new Planet Eclipse Program pants look to be the best though.

I need to get a new pack I really like the gi sportz race pack 5+8 but they seem to be small on me. you can buy an extender, basically a strip of velcro to make it fit. or.. any of these packs he mentioned. if you watch his most recent video, of the new exalt pack, he talks about the extenders they offer.

I know this is super old, but your channel rules, so people are watching stuff here all the time. Not to put too fine a point on it, but I'm a fat guy. Many fat guys can't wear the pack low and do the hang-over, because the powerful belly pushes the pack down when you move around, and it will fall down. I still have an old school jobber from APP that I wear suspenders with, but I just bought a modern pack and if I wear it up a bit on my belly (above my hips like regular people) it stays up and works great. Hope this helps someone at some point...

I'm 5'8, 280. And I put the pack on, the inner belt stretches so much that if I really tighten it down I have a good 5-6 inches of overhang that goes past the Velcro. The only thing is I use a little extender on the one outside strap cause with the inner pulled that far the one outer can't reach the Velcro on its own.
