I made this set of tutorials to show my students how to bake high poly details to a low poly mesh as well as a few texturing techniques. - Though some changes have been made to the software since making these, the workflow has stayed pretty much the same.

If someone wonders why they can't get their curvature map with the new normal map information, go to the bake settings -> click on curvature and select 'Generate from Normal map (Deprecated)'. That should do the job (at least that was my case)
