Another area that Sarah seems to pay a great deal of attention to is graphics and colors. Working on the '74 Celica, the video graphics are in 1970s colors; working on this car, it's '80s colors and camcorder graphics. Same with the car reviews; Sarah's outfit colors always compliment the car's color scheme. I dunno how may people notice, but I think that stuff's great.

I know how hot Tucson can get and this time of the year is nasty. Heat and the humidities from the monsoon can make it extremely hard to work in. I know you will be able to fix it so no one can see it. Your OCD makes everything amazing.

Sarah I was so excited that you were painting the Celica. It came out beautifully. Let it dry for a few days then use one of them razor blade cutters to level that run and buff it. PS: Your hair looks beautiful! 🍻

Sarah, you did a great job with the paint. Single stage in that heat, with that great of a mirror finish. No one is perfect, and the fact you caught the minor mess-up, and will fix it, means it's not a problem. Beautiful job!

Considering that you've only done this a few times (using the paint gun), you should be commended for the work you did with the Celica, Sarah. :) And showing us that you're not perfect just proves that you're just the kind of person we should watch - not afraid to make (and show everyone) mistakes when they happen! Keep up the fantastic work and look forward to the next one! (hugs)

Paint looks fine! Whatever you do - don't touch that sag for at least a week or two... The paint needs a lot of time to harden beyond what you can see/feel in the 'normal' areas, but because the sag is 20X thicker, it needs even more time. I just (like an hour ago!) took a carbide scraper to a sag in my trucks paint, then sanded and buffed it. That scraper is by FAR the easiest and best thing I've ever used for a sag.

Don't beat yourself up, a tiny sag on that temperature it's kind of normal. Once hardened you can shave it off with a razor blade and cut and buff it. since you're into japanese cars, you might as well get the absolute best razor blades, which IMHO are japanese. Try Feather FAS-10 blades, they're single edge, carbon steel and ridiculously sharp (japanese cuttlery sharp!) plus .245 mils thickness they're perfect for planishing out paint sags, runs, drips and nibs.
