Cleaning the mould of one at the moment in the bathroom. Window even when open gets very condensation which runs onto the frame. Knowing the frame gets well constantly, is there any difference in paint you would use to make it waterproof?

If there's lots of condensation most paint surfaces will get some sort of surface mould, maybe wipe daily, I got a meaco dehumidifier and that has solved all of our condensation and surface mould problems, I would go as far to say its one of the best things I have bought.

NICE SMOOTH FINNISH ❤What brand of top coat did you put over the zinsser shellac. My window get alot if mold how can i prevent ?

Great job mate. Out of interest I was just wondering if the undercoat after the Zinzzer Bin is strictly necessary? I get what you are saying about it being good to follow the system, but if the BIN is a primer I'd have thought it would be OK to just paint the topcoat straight onto that? Just asking cause I'm about to do two of these in my new place and I've got the Zinzzer and topcoat but no undercoat 😂

Done some of these this year , twice as big and three in each bedroom plus one in each ensuite God they are boring , Looked good used a similar spec and method Bin then 3 x bedec satin
