Hey Joe, you impress me with every video you post and for so many reasons: ●your artistic talent ●your continuing improvement ●your attitude about passing your knowledge on to all of us... the whole World ●your teaching methods, explanations and sharing your thought processes as you paint ● and your success as an Artist as indicated by the number of jobs you get hired for, and the types of homes in which you are painting ... ●and not to leave out the obvious beauty and accuracy of your finished pieces. Way to go! Kudos! Great work! One last thing...you have a truly good and kind personality...you are probably a wonderful and enjoyable friend.

Your videos are fantastic. The time lapse footage is highly effective at showing the process of building up the clouds structure and shape, and your narration is great as well. As a part time artist, I found this highly motivational as well. Cheers!

Hi, Joe! Do you have any videos specifically about the basics of mural making? Such as the various supplies needed, paint and brush recommendations, or planning tips and tricks? I think a video like that from you would be very valuable for mural beginners like myself. Thank you for sharing you work and knowledge. Please keep up the awesome work!

Damn I just want to hug you and kiss your face. That aside, thanks so much for your generosity and sharing of your knowledge, I'm sure they were hard-earned secrets gleaned through countless practice and experimentation, I'm really astounded why there aren't more people watching your videos given the wealth of information that are contained within.

Great work ---The only time this works is at night with the lights on them. The clouds help create space but the dark wood work is still confining. I think thats why they had Joe come in and do this.

Great work as always MuralJoe. Roger Dean was just about the best vinyl album cover artist back in the 1970s. His work is instantly recognisable. I have a few examples in my record collection and also have a copy of his book "Views" somewhere - lost yet again after most recent house move - it's in some box or other, but which one?

I have a question, but first I'd like to thank you for your videos and inspiration. I landed my first mural job a few months ago!!!! and ill be finishing it up tomorrow; all thanks to you! You inspired me to do something outside of my comfort zone. I have always had this fear of murals because of pressure of making the client happy every step of the way, and showing errors, or mistakes (which can easily be fixed). so I've always been slightly intimidated. I wan to let you know that it was the best decision of my life. I have grown so much from doing this mural, and now people are talking about my work. I have 3 other jobs lined up. as an artist who never thought I could potentially being doing murals for a living, I am loving every second of it. but here is my question to you: I tend to paint over my head and get a lot of pain durring the end of the work day, but mostly at night. the back of my neck, lower back, shoulders, wrists and hands are killing me, and my arm tends to go numb at night, and major hand/finger pains and cramps. any solutions or ideas on how to fix this? and I've noticed that my hand has recently begun shaking uncontrollably..... like yours. it's so irritating!... appease... anything will help. thanks.

I'm getting ready to paint my 1st mural of sorts using your exterior paint palette and wonder what colors you would use for a palomino horse ? about 24x30 creating a horse looking out the barn door theme on a shed?
@natalysaiz9396 жыл бұрын
Hey Joe, what colors are you using for the clouds?? Interesting how you put a darker blue around where you were going to put clouds. Why is it? I want to do a cloud mural on my ceiling and want to learn the best techniques and to do it efficient. If you could help me out that would be great! Love your work.

Man Joe I’m an artist from Ohio. I’ve done murals, commissions, and private custom pieces. Your work is meticulous and amazing. The clouds here and many of your works are inspiring, realistic, fun, and heart felt. Can you come to Ohio and work together with me to do a mural in the city of Cleveland Ohio? How much do I need to raise to fund a large city mural project? Thank you for your time and thank you for sharing your talent. Please reply to this message if you have the time and again thank you mural joe

Cant believe she said there are no muralists in her area....she didn't look very long. So how do you get a job doing a mural? I recently quit my job to be a full time artist, I'm doing small painting on wood panels. Any recommendations on how I land a mural or two?
