I went to Five Below and found some cheap things to customize & paint on, specifically fidget toys and fidgets. I like customizing things and turning them EVIL, it's kind of my thing. In fact I have quite a few series where I do some cheap diys that end up looking pretty chaotic. Other makeover series that I do include anything & everything with Squishmallows, Five Below makeovers, Painting on Fidget Toys, Needle Felting, etc. I hope you like what I made!

Yha make shure the silicone is food safe. I don’t think the pop its are made from that. You probably ate a carcinogen laced chocolate. O-O sorry dude.

Remember me as I was. Also, I would like sunflowers to be placed on my grave 😔 I'm just pinning this so it's at the top & people know not to try it out. The chocolate was very appetizing, the silicone wasn't. After reading comments I've realized the silicone molds need to be food-grade or food-safe. Everyone's been warned, don't follow in my footsteps 😅

I love Winston! If you are going to mold chocolate, don't use chocolate chips or chocolate bars, instead get the chocolate coating wafers like from Wilton (Michael's carries them) or other brands. Those are meant for chocolate molding and the finished pieces won't melt the instant you touch them. Using regular chocolate needs to be tempered first to not melt like that and have that glossy finish. It will also be a lot easier to work with. Not all silicone is food grade, so I don't know if it's really a good idea to mold chocolate in the pop its.

I remember them being fairly user friendly, too (my mom used to use those a lot when I was a kid). He could even get colored ones (or die white chocolate with food coloring) to mimic the pop its.

... it is with no small amount of shame that I admit to having worked at the M&Ms factory for a while. Fun fact: When you work there, you can eat all the M&Ms you want. But, trust me... after one shift, you just don't anymore. You don't want to. It tok me 2 years to eat another chocolate candy, because the smell of the cocoa butter was SO strong there, it was nauseating. But, decades later, I am back to loving M&Ms!

After I watched this video, I quickly grabbed my bag of M&M. I tasted them all individually and you know I have to agree with you, Graveloon , I noticed a slight different tasted in the orange ones! I think maybe it's might be something in the colorant that makes taste different.

For future reference, if your polymer clay is too dried out and crumbly, try adding some drops of isopropyl alcohol to it and mix together to soften it.
