I've used markers on figures to color them as a kid. The fact ink can stain seems like something I would like with action figure coloring. Paint tends to chip, and scrape off. So having a color method that stays on the figure like ink is a good idea. I will have to try it sometime.

thanks for watching.... just sharing another idea.... its useful where paint and dye just can't get the job done.

Amazing information! I would think inks are superior to paints, in that paint has more body, and as such, covers some details. Inks would, I think, be the thinnest and most adaptive color to put on a surface. I will have to try this sometime. Great work with it so far! I am astounded!

Your videos are very inspirational and informative! Keep up the great work always looking forward. Can you please do a shading tutorial with the airbrush. I’m an avid user but still don’t understand the muscle or clothing shading theory. Thanks I’m advance!

will this scratch off like normal paint? is tougher at least.

Depends on the surface… you still need to clear coat it…

You’ll see the clip where the neck has marks from adjusting the new sculpt…just requires testing on spare parts…

With Ink do you still need to thin or can it be directly mixed and applied? This is fascinating. I have always just used acrylics.

Ink is already thinned out…so mixing directly is fine… pigment is stronger so mix ratios will vary www.amazon.com/dp/B003IDANC6/ref=cm_sw_r_as_gl_api_gl_i_51BSW4EYAA72T1B08KBN?linkCode=ml2&tag=tutorial22-20

Does printer ink work? Thanks for the video by the way

No, printer ink is only for paper You need permanent ink that has better pigments.. view my video on paint with ink
